【摘要】：企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力與企業(yè)的績(jī)效緊密相連。文章以異質(zhì)性企業(yè)實(shí)證產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論模型為基礎(chǔ),提出了全面測(cè)度企業(yè)內(nèi)生RD與進(jìn)出口行為影響企業(yè)績(jī)效的實(shí)證研究框架,探究了企業(yè)異質(zhì)性與RD的動(dòng)態(tài)交互機(jī)制和企業(yè)績(jī)效之間的相互關(guān)系。研究結(jié)論表明,企業(yè)進(jìn)口的產(chǎn)品類(lèi)別、RD以及它們的交互機(jī)制,在提高企業(yè)的TFP的同時(shí),能夠顯著地提高企業(yè)的價(jià)格加成。不同所有制結(jié)構(gòu)下的效應(yīng)明顯不同。據(jù)此提出了優(yōu)化異質(zhì)性企業(yè)RD投資組合和提升企業(yè)績(jī)效的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The innovation ability of the enterprise is closely related to the performance of the enterprise. Based on the empirical industrial organization theory model of heterogeneous enterprises, this paper puts forward an empirical research framework to comprehensively measure the influence of endogenous RD and import and export behavior on enterprise performance. The relationship between enterprise heterogeneity, dynamic interaction mechanism of RD and enterprise performance is explored. The results show that the types of products imported, RD and their interaction mechanism can significantly increase the price addition of the enterprise while increasing the TFP of the enterprise. The effect under different ownership structure is obviously different. Based on this, the countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the RD portfolio and improving the performance of heterogeneous enterprises are put forward.
