技術(shù)高管團隊對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新效率的影響研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)新能力是企業(yè)擴大創(chuàng)新成果的主要推力,創(chuàng)新效率是企業(yè)創(chuàng)新成效的主要衡量標準。企業(yè)為提高自身創(chuàng)新能力、提高創(chuàng)新效率,不得不倚重與創(chuàng)新密切相關(guān)的技術(shù)高管團隊。企業(yè)的技術(shù)高管團隊在擁有高管權(quán)力的同時具有專業(yè)的技術(shù)能力,是企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活動主要的決策者和執(zhí)行者,他們對策略的決策和執(zhí)行會直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略制定和計策實施,進而影響企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新效率。將技術(shù)高管團隊從普通高管團隊中區(qū)分出來,是本文研究對象的創(chuàng)新之處。創(chuàng)始人的個人特性必將影響其行為活動,那么技術(shù)高管團隊中有創(chuàng)始人是否會對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新效率產(chǎn)生積極的影響?在激烈的市場競爭大環(huán)境下,企業(yè)高管更換頻率相對較高,其中包括大量的非正常更換,高頻率的非正常更換技術(shù)高管是否會對企業(yè)產(chǎn)生消極影響?技術(shù)高管團隊中成員出現(xiàn)非正常更換又是否影響有創(chuàng)始人存在的技術(shù)高管團隊與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新效率之間的關(guān)系呢?本文從技術(shù)高管團隊的類型與更換視角入手,研究技術(shù)高管團隊對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新效率的影響,將技術(shù)高管團隊類型與更換相結(jié)合,突破了以往將兩者分裂開,單獨研究各自對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新效率影響的缺陷,也是本文另一個創(chuàng)新之處。技術(shù)高管團隊對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新效率的影響研究,不僅有利于從理論上構(gòu)建管理創(chuàng)新與公司治理之間聯(lián)系,理解技術(shù)高管團隊在企業(yè)中的作用,而且也為在現(xiàn)實應用中如何提升企業(yè)創(chuàng)新效率提供啟發(fā)。本文在相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合對現(xiàn)有國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻分析,選取滬深兩市A股民營上市公司為研究樣本,確定了衡量企業(yè)創(chuàng)新效率的五個指標,提出本文的研究假設(shè)并建立模型,進行回歸分析,最終得出結(jié)論:技術(shù)高管團隊中存在創(chuàng)始人會使衡量企業(yè)創(chuàng)新效率的綜合指標、研發(fā)投入、技術(shù)人員投入、年度專利數(shù)量和技術(shù)人員產(chǎn)出都有所提升。技術(shù)高管團隊中有成員存在非正常更換時,對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新效率的綜合指標、技術(shù)人員投入、年度專利數(shù)量及技術(shù)人員產(chǎn)出有負向影響,與研發(fā)投入無顯著關(guān)系。技術(shù)高管團隊成員中存在非正常更換削弱了技術(shù)高管團隊中存在創(chuàng)始人對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新效率綜合指標、技術(shù)人員投入、年度專利數(shù)量以及技術(shù)人員產(chǎn)出的正向影響,但與研發(fā)投入無顯著關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Innovation ability is the main thrust of expanding innovation achievement, and innovation efficiency is the main measure of enterprise innovation effectiveness. In order to improve their own innovation ability and improve innovation efficiency, enterprises have to rely on the team of technical executives who are closely related to innovation. The technical executive team of the enterprise has the professional technical ability while having the executive power, and is the main decision-maker and executor of the enterprise technological innovation activity. Their decision and execution of strategy will directly affect the enterprise strategy formulation and implementation, and then affect the innovation efficiency of the enterprise. The innovation of this paper is to distinguish the technical executive team from the ordinary executive team. The personal characteristics of the founder will affect their behavior, so do the founders in the technical executive team have a positive impact on the efficiency of enterprise innovation? In the fierce market competition environment, the company executives change frequency is relatively high, including a large number of abnormal changes, the high frequency of abnormal replacement of technical executives will have a negative impact on the enterprise? Does the abnormal turnover of the members of the technical executive team affect the relationship between the technical executive team and the innovation efficiency of the enterprise? From the perspective of the type and change of the technical executive team, this paper studies the influence of the technical executive team on the innovation efficiency of the enterprise, combines the type of the technical executive team with the replacement, and breaks through the split between the two in the past. It is another innovation of this paper to study separately the defects of their influence on the innovation efficiency of enterprises. The research on the effect of technical executive team on the efficiency of enterprise innovation is not only helpful to construct the relationship between management innovation and corporate governance theoretically, but also to understand the role of technology executive team in the enterprise. And also for the practical application of how to improve the efficiency of enterprise innovation to provide inspiration. On the basis of relevant theories, combined with the analysis of existing domestic and foreign literature, this paper selects the private listed companies of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares as the research samples, and determines five indicators to measure the efficiency of enterprise innovation. This paper puts forward the research hypotheses, builds the model, carries on the regression analysis, finally draws the conclusion: the technology executive team has the comprehensive index, the research and development investment, the technical personnel input, which will make the enterprise innovation efficiency to be measured by the founder. The number of patents per year and the output of technicians have improved. When some members of the technical executive team have abnormal replacement, there is a negative impact on the comprehensive index of innovation efficiency, the input of technical personnel, the number of patents and the output of technical personnel, which has no significant relationship with R & D investment. The abnormal replacement of the members of the technical executive team weakens the positive impact of the founders on the innovation efficiency of the enterprise, the input of the technicians, the number of patents per year and the output of the technicians. However, there is no significant relationship with R & D investment.
