協(xié)同共治:職業(yè)健康服務(wù)與企業(yè)社會責任

【摘要】:關(guān)于職業(yè)健康服務(wù)的討論,一是從雇主的角度把組織成員看作是人力資本;二是從雇員的角度強調(diào)從事職業(yè)活動的社會成員有"職業(yè)健康服務(wù)權(quán)"。我國企業(yè)對于組織成員的職業(yè)健康服務(wù)關(guān)注及重視程度不夠,制度規(guī)范與具體預(yù)防保障措施較為缺乏、企業(yè)開展職業(yè)健康服務(wù)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境及資源的制約是重要原因。職業(yè)健康服務(wù)的良好實現(xiàn),需要企業(yè)主動承擔相應(yīng)的企業(yè)社會責任,視其為發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性責任;也需要政府與社會進一步根據(jù)"健康中國"戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展需要承擔相應(yīng)責任。
[Abstract]:On the discussion of occupational health services, one is to regard the members of the organization as human capital from the employer's point of view, the other is to emphasize from the employee's point of view that the social members engaged in occupational activities have the "right to occupational health services". The enterprises in our country pay less attention to the occupational health service of the organization members and pay less attention to it. The institutional norms and the specific preventive measures are relatively lacking. The internal and external environment and the restriction of resources are the important reasons for the enterprises to carry out occupational health services. The good realization of occupational health service requires the enterprises to take the corresponding corporate social responsibility and regard it as the strategic responsibility for development, and the government and society should take the corresponding responsibility according to the strategic development of "healthy China".
