我國食品企業(yè)履行社會責任的問題研究

【摘要】:食品安全意義重大,關系到廣大群眾的生命安全及社會的和諧穩(wěn)定。近年來食品安全事故的頻繁爆發(fā),不僅損害了消費者的身體健康,也給食品企業(yè)的社會形象、經(jīng)營信譽造成了重創(chuàng)。隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的推進,越來越多的中國企業(yè)開始積極踐行社會責任。但是具體到我國的食品行業(yè),企業(yè)社會責任的履行還存在較為明顯的缺陷,這也是食品安全事故出現(xiàn)的重要原因之一。為了恢復廣大群眾對國內(nèi)食品企業(yè)的信心,提升食品行業(yè)的發(fā)展質(zhì)量和發(fā)展效益,非常有必要把食品企業(yè)履行社會責任作為一個重要的研究課題來對待。論文以我國食品企業(yè)履行社會責任作為研究對象,全面梳理了國內(nèi)外的研究成果,并對國內(nèi)外食品企業(yè)踐行社會責任的狀況進行對比分析。選擇A醬料公司為案例,從企業(yè)內(nèi)部和企業(yè)外部兩個方面對我國食品企業(yè)履行社會責任的現(xiàn)狀、問題進行了分析,并提出了完善和強化我國食品企業(yè)履行社會責任的措施:(1)強化政府監(jiān)管職能,正確引導我國食品企業(yè)履行社會責任;(2)將食品企業(yè)履行社會責任的意識與企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略相融合;(3)提高公民的維權意識,注重對公民維權意識的保護;(4)充分發(fā)揮新聞媒體等非政府組織的監(jiān)督作用。
[Abstract]:Food safety is of great significance and relates to the life safety of the masses and the harmony and stability of the society. In recent years, the frequent outbreak of food safety accidents has not only damaged the health of consumers, but also caused heavy damage to the social image and reputation of food enterprises. With the development of economic globalization, more and more Chinese enterprises begin to practice social responsibility. However, in the food industry of our country, there are still obvious defects in the implementation of corporate social responsibility, which is one of the important reasons for food safety accidents. In order to restore the people's confidence in domestic food enterprises and promote the development quality and benefit of food industry, it is very necessary to treat food enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility as an important research subject. This paper takes Chinese food enterprises to fulfill social responsibility as the research object, comprehensively combs the domestic and foreign research results, and carries on the contrast analysis to the domestic and foreign food enterprises practice the social responsibility situation. Selecting A soy sauce company as a case, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of Chinese food enterprises in fulfilling their social responsibilities from the internal and external aspects of the enterprises. The measures to improve and strengthen the performance of social responsibility of food enterprises in China are put forward: (1) strengthening the function of government supervision; Correctly guide Chinese food enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities; (2) integrate the awareness of food enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities with the enterprise development strategy; (3) enhance citizens' awareness of safeguarding their rights; Pay attention to the protection of citizens' awareness of protecting their rights; (4) give full play to the supervisory role of non-governmental organizations such as the news media.
