在華跨國企業(yè)非倫理公關(guān)行為的表現(xiàn)形態(tài)與治理對策

【摘要】:正一、在華跨國企業(yè)非倫理公關(guān)行為表現(xiàn)形態(tài)企業(yè)非倫理公關(guān)行為是指企業(yè)在開展公共關(guān)系活動的過程中,違背其與利益相關(guān)者關(guān)系的善惡價值取向以及應(yīng)遵循的行為規(guī)則,而表現(xiàn)出的一種集體失范行為,其包含三個基本的判斷標準:與事實真相相背、與道德標準相背、與利益相關(guān)者關(guān)系相背(1)。根據(jù)這三個判斷標準,本文收集了2003年至2016年十四年中,被我國媒體廣泛報道的31起涉及在華跨國企業(yè)非倫理公關(guān)行為的事件,并以此為樣本,對在華
[Abstract]:First, the behavior of non-ethical public relations of multinational enterprises in China the behavior of non-ethical public relations refers to the behavior rules that enterprises should follow in the process of carrying out public relations activities, and violate the value orientation of good and evil relations with the stakeholders, as well as the behavior rules that should be followed in the process of carrying out public relations activities. There are three basic criteria: contrary to the truth, contrary to the moral standard, and contrary to the stakeholder relationship (1). According to these three criteria, this paper collected 31 cases of non-ethical public relations related to multinational enterprises in China, which were widely reported by Chinese media during the 14-year period from 2003 to 2016.
