【摘要】：針對(duì)科技企業(yè)強(qiáng)政策需求的創(chuàng)業(yè)期、成長(zhǎng)期、成熟期三個(gè)階段,分析各階段的創(chuàng)新特征(技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、市場(chǎng)創(chuàng)新、組織創(chuàng)新、戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)新模塊在各階段的組合演化路徑);結(jié)合波特的鉆石體系等理論,探討科技企業(yè)各階段對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新政策、科技金融政策、人才支持政策、創(chuàng)新環(huán)境政策的不同政策需求,為政府制定政策提供參考。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the three stages of strong policy demand of science and technology enterprises, such as start-up period, growth period and mature stage, this paper analyzes the innovation characteristics of each stage (technological innovation, market innovation, organizational innovation, etc.) Combining Porter's theory of diamond system, the different policy needs of technological innovation policy, science and technology finance policy, talent support policy, innovation environment policy in each stage of science and technology enterprises are discussed. To provide a reference for the government to formulate policies.
