評估坦桑尼亞大學生的創(chuàng)業(yè)意圖

【摘要】:本研究的目的是研究創(chuàng)業(yè)意圖及其前提。具體來說,這項研究試圖研究角色模型,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的影響以及對企業(yè)家精神的可行性和可取性的看法的影響,以及風險感知對坦桑尼亞大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)意圖的緩和響。采用量化方法作為研究設(shè)計。使用簡單隨機抽樣技術(shù)從人口中抽取樣本。數(shù)據(jù)通過在線問卷收集并分發(fā),通過描述統(tǒng)計分析收集的數(shù)據(jù),獨立t檢驗,多元線性回歸和相關(guān)分析.共有235位受訪者是我們的樣本。結(jié)果表明,效應(yīng)模式和創(chuàng)業(yè)教育對自我就業(yè)意圖的影響很大,但創(chuàng)業(yè)教育是學生創(chuàng)業(yè)意圖的更好預(yù)測。反之,發(fā)現(xiàn)感覺到的愿望顯著影響了角色模式-創(chuàng)業(yè)意圖的關(guān)系,而感知的可行性對創(chuàng)業(yè)意圖的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育沒有任何影響。結(jié)果表明,感知風險與對學生創(chuàng)業(yè)意圖的可察覺的可行性之間存在顯著的正相關(guān)關(guān)系.從經(jīng)驗的角度來看,樣本僅限于一個國家的高等教育學生.這限制了泛化的范圍.應(yīng)進一步研究,比較多方面意圖和行為的前提。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to study entrepreneurial intention and its premise. Specifically, the study attempts to study role models, the impact of entrepreneurship education and perceptions of the feasibility and desirability of entrepreneurship, and the impact of risk perception on the entrepreneurial intentions of Tanzanian college students. The quantitative method is used as the research design. A simple random sampling technique is used to sample the population. The data were collected and distributed by online questionnaire, the data collected by descriptive statistical analysis, independent t test, multivariate linear regression and correlation analysis. A total of 235 interviewees are our sample. The results show that the effect model and entrepreneurship education have great influence on self-employment intention, but entrepreneurship education is a better predictor of students' entrepreneurial intention. On the contrary the perceived desire has a significant impact on the relationship between role model and entrepreneurial intention while perceived feasibility has no effect on entrepreneurship education. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between perceived risk and perceived feasibility of students' entrepreneurial intention. From an empirical point of view, the sample is limited to higher education students in one country. This limits the scope of generalization. Further study should be made to compare the presupposition of intention and behavior in many aspects.
