【摘要】：返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)青年包括大學(xué)畢業(yè)生和農(nóng)民工,用"地位獲得理論"審視和解釋其創(chuàng)業(yè)行為不乏新意。當(dāng)前,湖南返鄉(xiāng)青年互聯(lián)網(wǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)面臨諸多利好因素,但也存在政策法規(guī)不太完善,執(zhí)行力度不夠;電商整體水平不高,縣域短板明顯;網(wǎng)絡(luò)創(chuàng)業(yè)規(guī)模偏小,融資渠道不暢;基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)落后,創(chuàng)業(yè)成本較高等突出問(wèn)題。需要政府大力支持,從完善網(wǎng)絡(luò)創(chuàng)業(yè)政策法規(guī),提升政府服務(wù)質(zhì)量;降低網(wǎng)絡(luò)創(chuàng)業(yè)成本,促進(jìn)電商區(qū)域均衡;加大金融制度創(chuàng)新,開(kāi)拓創(chuàng)業(yè)融資渠道;培育新興創(chuàng)業(yè)人才,建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)創(chuàng)業(yè)園區(qū)等方面著力,不斷提升返鄉(xiāng)青年互聯(lián)網(wǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)質(zhì)量,提升其職業(yè)聲望和職業(yè)地位。
[Abstract]:Young people who return to their hometown to start a business include college graduates and migrant workers, and their entrepreneurial behavior is examined and explained with the theory of status acquisition. At present, there are many favorable factors for Hunan returning youth to start a business on the Internet, but there are also some policies and regulations that are not perfect and the enforcement is not enough; the overall level of e-commerce is not high, the county area is obvious, the scale of network entrepreneurship is small, and the financing channels are not smooth; Infrastructure construction is backward, the cost of starting a business is relatively high, and other outstanding problems. We need government support to improve the policies and regulations of network entrepreneurship, improve the quality of government services; reduce the cost of network entrepreneurship, promote the regional balance of e-commerce; increase financial system innovation, open up channels for venture financing; cultivate new entrepreneurial talents. The establishment of network entrepreneurship park and other aspects, constantly improve the quality of Internet entrepreneurship of returning youth, enhance their professional prestige and professional status.
