【摘要】：社會責任是金融機構在不斷發(fā)展、壯大的過程中必須履行的責任。金融是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟的核心,銀行業(yè)作為金融業(yè)的主要產(chǎn)業(yè),是否能夠很好地履行其社會責任不僅影響著銀行自身的穩(wěn)健運行和發(fā)展,而且對整個經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)的其他部分穩(wěn)定運行發(fā)揮著至關重要的作用。因此,研究銀行業(yè)如何更好地承擔社會責任有著很大的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。論文闡述了商業(yè)銀行社會責任的概念、內(nèi)容和履行社會責任的理論依據(jù),以邢臺銀行為研究對象,通過分析其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,明確了其社會責任的范圍。進而結合調(diào)查研究,構建了邢臺銀行社會責任的評價體系。按照評價指標的建立原則,選擇適合邢臺銀行的評價指標,對其履行社會責任的情況進行了具體評價。以此為基礎,進一步分析了邢臺銀行在履行社會責任過程中存在的問題,指出邢臺銀行在責任意識、法律觀念、支持弱勢群體等方面的不足,提出了加強邢臺銀行履行社會責任的政策建議。論文認為,邢臺銀行作為由政府投資主導的商業(yè)銀行,應該承擔更多的社會責任。而加強對這類商業(yè)銀行履行社會責任的評價,不僅是社會對其進行監(jiān)督的需要,也是銀行良性發(fā)展的必要條件。切實擔當自己的社會責任,應該成為邢臺銀行自覺追求的目標。
[Abstract]:Social responsibility is the responsibility that financial institutions must fulfill in the process of continuous development and expansion. Finance is the core of modern economy. As the main industry of financial industry, whether the banking industry can fulfill its social responsibility can not only affect the steady operation and development of the bank itself. It also plays a vital role in the stability of the rest of the economic system. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study how to undertake social responsibility better. This paper expounds the concept, content and theoretical basis of the social responsibility of commercial banks. Taking Xingtai Bank as the research object, it clarifies the scope of its social responsibility by analyzing its development status. Furthermore, the evaluation system of Xingtai Bank's social responsibility is constructed in combination with investigation and research. According to the establishment principle of evaluation index, the evaluation index suitable for Xingtai Bank is selected, and the concrete evaluation of its performance of social responsibility is carried out. On this basis, this paper further analyzes the problems existing in Xingtai Bank in the process of fulfilling social responsibility, and points out the shortcomings of Xingtai Bank in such aspects as responsibility consciousness, legal concept, support for vulnerable groups, and so on. Put forward the policy suggestion of strengthening Xingtai Bank to fulfill the social responsibility. Xingtai Bank, as a commercial bank dominated by government investment, should bear more social responsibility. Strengthening the evaluation of the social responsibility of such commercial banks is not only the need of social supervision, but also a necessary condition for the benign development of banks. It should be the goal that Xingtai Bank pursues conscientiously to take on its own social responsibility.
