【摘要】：為了應(yīng)對工業(yè)4.0帶來的挑戰(zhàn),新興企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)重點發(fā)展技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力,因此采用綜合方法對企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力進行評價尤為重要。在復(fù)雜的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力評價中,需要考慮主觀和客觀兩方面因素,文章首先從創(chuàng)新資源投入能力、創(chuàng)新實施能力和創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出能力三個方面構(gòu)建了評價指標(biāo)體系;然后基于評價指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)成,結(jié)合主客觀賦權(quán)法評價的優(yōu)點,采用組合賦權(quán)法對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力進行評價;最后通過算例說明了組合賦權(quán)評價法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the challenge brought by industry 4.0, new enterprises should focus on the development of technological innovation ability. Therefore, it is very important to evaluate the technological innovation ability of enterprises by comprehensive method. In the complex evaluation of technological innovation ability, subjective and objective factors need to be considered. Firstly, the evaluation index system is constructed from three aspects: innovation resource input ability, innovation implementation ability and innovation output ability. Then, based on the composition of evaluation index system, combined with the advantages of subjective and objective weighting method, the combined weighting method is used to evaluate the ability of technological innovation. Finally, the effectiveness of the combined weighting evaluation method is illustrated by an example.
