【摘要】：信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及改變了商業(yè)運營環(huán)境,在給企業(yè)發(fā)展帶來重大機遇的同時,無處不在的網(wǎng)絡(luò)風(fēng)險也給企業(yè)管理帶來了新問題。管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)風(fēng)險、保護關(guān)鍵信息系統(tǒng)成為企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略大事。本文根據(jù)COSO 2013內(nèi)部控制最新標(biāo)準(zhǔn),將網(wǎng)絡(luò)風(fēng)險納入內(nèi)部控制框架進行分析,以期為企業(yè)管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)風(fēng)險提供相對全面且具有可操作性的指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of information technology and the popularity of the Internet have changed the business operation environment. While bringing great opportunities to the development of enterprises, the ubiquitous network risks have also brought new problems to enterprise management. Management of network risk and protection of key information systems have become a strategic event for the sustainable development of enterprises. According to the latest internal control standard of Coso 2013, this paper analyzes the network risk into the internal control framework, in order to provide a relatively comprehensive and operable guidance for the enterprise to manage the network risk.
