企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新過程中的知識信息創(chuàng)造力研究

【摘要】:知識信息創(chuàng)造作為企業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展不可或缺的動力因素,已成為推動企業(yè)進行技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的戰(zhàn)略基點、打造企業(yè)核心競爭力的最重要武器。文章通過闡述組織知識創(chuàng)造理論的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,對企業(yè)的知識信息創(chuàng)造力及其在企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新發(fā)展中的作用進行分析,進而構(gòu)建企業(yè)知識信息創(chuàng)造力模型,從個人、團隊、企業(yè)以及企業(yè)與企業(yè)之間四個方面說明企業(yè)知識信息創(chuàng)造力的實現(xiàn)方式,以期豐富相關(guān)的理論,并將其運用于企業(yè)實踐中加以創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Knowledge information creation, as an indispensable driving factor for the innovation and development of enterprises, has become the strategic base point for enterprises to carry out technological innovation and the most important weapon for building the core competitiveness of enterprises. This paper analyzes the knowledge and information creativity of enterprises and its role in the development of independent innovation by expounding the relevant contents of the theory of organizational knowledge creation, and then constructs the model of knowledge information creativity of enterprises from the perspective of individuals and teams. In order to enrich the relevant theories and apply them to the innovation of enterprise practice, this paper explains the way of realizing enterprise's knowledge and information creativity from four aspects: enterprise and between enterprise and enterprise.
