【摘要】：無(wú)法識(shí)別創(chuàng)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是導(dǎo)致創(chuàng)業(yè)失敗的主要原因之一,如何有效識(shí)別并管理創(chuàng)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是新創(chuàng)企業(yè)健康成長(zhǎng)的關(guān)鍵.社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能夠彌補(bǔ)創(chuàng)業(yè)者在識(shí)別風(fēng)險(xiǎn)過(guò)程中的信息劣勢(shì),但既有研究極少探索社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)是否以及如何影響創(chuàng)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別.為彌補(bǔ)這個(gè)研究空白,文章利用信息處理理論為研究框架,構(gòu)建了創(chuàng)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別模型.具體而言,結(jié)構(gòu)洞和網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)度有利于創(chuàng)業(yè)者獲取更多、高質(zhì)量與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)相關(guān)的信息,進(jìn)而識(shí)別更多的創(chuàng)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn);獲取信息的數(shù)量在網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)度與創(chuàng)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別關(guān)系之間發(fā)揮完全中介作用;創(chuàng)業(yè)者的先前經(jīng)驗(yàn)正向影響創(chuàng)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別,并對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)洞與獲取信息的數(shù)量之間關(guān)系起調(diào)節(jié)作用.文章討論了研究結(jié)果的理論貢獻(xiàn)與實(shí)踐啟發(fā).
[Abstract]:How to identify and manage the venture risk effectively is the key to the healthy growth of the new venture. Social networks can make up for the information disadvantage of entrepreneurs in the process of identifying risks, but there are few studies to explore whether and how social networks affect entrepreneurial risk identification. In order to make up for this research gap, this paper uses information processing theory as the research framework, and constructs a model of entrepreneurial risk identification. Specifically, the structure hole and network strength can help entrepreneurs to obtain more, high-quality risk-related information, and then identify more entrepreneurial risks; The amount of information obtained plays a complete intermediary role between network strength and entrepreneurial risk identification; the previous experience of entrepreneurs positively affects entrepreneurial risk identification and regulates the relationship between the structure hole and the amount of information obtained. This paper discusses the theoretical contribution and practical inspiration of the research results.
