【摘要】：東道國風(fēng)險是我國企業(yè)對外直接投資面臨的主要不穩(wěn)定因素之一,因而也是區(qū)位選擇時的重要考慮因素,基于此,本文研究東道國經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)險如何影響我國企業(yè)對外直接投資集約和擴(kuò)張二元增長的區(qū)位選擇。在比較主要東道國經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)險的基礎(chǔ)上,本文利用面板數(shù)據(jù)門檻效應(yīng)模型界定我國企業(yè)對外直接投資的市場開拓橫向動機(jī)和生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移縱向動機(jī),通過實證研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在規(guī)模擴(kuò)大的集約增長維度,我國橫向動機(jī)企業(yè)對外直接投資傾向于選擇宏觀穩(wěn)定風(fēng)險較低的東道國,縱向動機(jī)企業(yè)對外直接投資傾向于選擇經(jīng)濟(jì)增長風(fēng)險較低的東道國;在新設(shè)項目的擴(kuò)張增長維度,我國橫向動機(jī)企業(yè)對外直接投資傾向于選擇經(jīng)濟(jì)增長風(fēng)險和宏觀穩(wěn)定風(fēng)險均較高的東道國,而縱向動機(jī)企業(yè)對外直接投資不受東道國經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)險的影響。本文的實證研究說明我國企業(yè)對外直接投資在集約增長維度屬于風(fēng)險規(guī)避類型,但在擴(kuò)張增長維度屬于風(fēng)險偏好類型。
[Abstract]:The risk of the host country is one of the main unstable factors facing the foreign direct investment (FDI) of Chinese enterprises, therefore, it is also an important consideration factor in the choice of location. This paper studies how the economic risk of the host country affects the location choice of the intensive and expanding dual growth of foreign direct investment (OFDI) of Chinese enterprises. On the basis of comparing the economic risks of the main host countries, this paper uses the panel data threshold effect model to define the horizontal motivation of market development and the vertical motivation of production transfer of Chinese enterprises' OFDI, and finds out through empirical research. In the dimension of intensive growth, the horizontal motivation enterprises tend to choose the host country with lower macro stability risk, and the longitudinal motivation enterprises tend to choose the host country with lower risk of economic growth. In the dimension of expansion and growth of newly established projects, China's lateral motivated enterprises tend to choose host countries with higher risk of economic growth and macro stability. And the vertical motivation enterprise outward direct investment is not affected by the host country economic risk. The empirical study shows that OFDI belongs to risk aversion in intensive growth dimension, but risk preference in expansion growth dimension.
