【摘要】：社會(huì)成員成功的標(biāo)志通常是達(dá)到事業(yè)家庭的雙贏,社會(huì)個(gè)體如何達(dá)到這種雙贏是一個(gè)非常值得探討的話題。文章以女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者為研究對(duì)象,從工作家庭關(guān)系出發(fā),通過置入心理資本終結(jié)變量,研究社會(huì)支持水平對(duì)工作-家庭增益水平的影響機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:社會(huì)支持水平顯著正向影響工作-家庭增益水平,且心理資本在社會(huì)支持與工作-家庭增益水平之間發(fā)揮了完全的中介調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:The symbol of the success of social members is usually to achieve a win-win career and family, social individuals how to achieve this win-win is a very worthy of discussion. Based on the relationship between work and family, this paper studies the influence mechanism of social support level on work-family gain level by inserting psychological capital termination variable. The results showed that the level of social support significantly positively affected the work-family gain, and psychological capital played a completely mediating role in regulating the level of social support and work-family gain.
