信任程度、大股東參與度與自主創(chuàng)新關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:基于現(xiàn)有研究考察大股東參與度對(duì)企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新的影響,并揭示不同企業(yè)文化對(duì)上述關(guān)系的影響差異。此外,探究大股東與經(jīng)理人間信任對(duì)大股東參與度,及進(jìn)一步對(duì)企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新的影響。運(yùn)用182家中國(guó)企業(yè)的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,結(jié)果表明:大股東參與度負(fù)向影響自主創(chuàng)新;信任程度與大股東參與度間存在U型關(guān)系;大股東參與度中介信任程度與自主創(chuàng)新間的倒U型關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果還表明,官僚型文化可以弱化大股東參與度對(duì)自主創(chuàng)新的負(fù)向影響,論證了官僚型文化對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的積極作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the existing studies, this paper investigates the influence of the participation of large shareholders on the independent innovation of enterprises, and reveals the differences of the influences of different corporate cultures on the above relationships. In addition, the paper explores the influence of trust between large shareholders and managers on the participation of large shareholders and on independent innovation. Based on the data of 182 Chinese enterprises, the results show that the participation of large shareholders negatively affects independent innovation, and there is a U-type relationship between the degree of trust and the degree of participation of large shareholders. The inverted U-type relationship between the degree of medium trust and independent innovation. The results also show that bureaucratic culture can weaken the negative impact of the participation of large shareholders on independent innovation and demonstrate the positive effect of bureaucratic culture on enterprise innovation.
