B2C環(huán)境下企業(yè)訂單交付的橫向轉(zhuǎn)運運作的仿真

【摘要】:利用離散事件仿真對B2C環(huán)境下企業(yè)訂單交付的轉(zhuǎn)運問題進行了研究。將訂單交付的轉(zhuǎn)運關(guān)系抽象為4種復雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)模式,分析了各結(jié)構(gòu)模式在3種轉(zhuǎn)運策略下的績效和服務(wù)水平。結(jié)果表明:轉(zhuǎn)運能帶來較高的績效和服務(wù)水平;庫存分配策略影響著運作績效;TBA(基于可用轉(zhuǎn)運)策略能帶來高服務(wù)水平,而TIE(基于庫存均衡轉(zhuǎn)運)策略能產(chǎn)生高收益;TBA或TIE的采納應根據(jù)發(fā)展階段確定;高服務(wù)水平和績效能通過調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)運結(jié)構(gòu)兼得;盡管"全連接"結(jié)構(gòu)在提高服務(wù)水平是最好的,但是它也導致更多的轉(zhuǎn)運活動和成本;"小世界"結(jié)構(gòu)是最理想的,它不僅比其他結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生的收益高,而且在服務(wù)水平上很接近"全連接"結(jié)構(gòu);而"無標度"結(jié)構(gòu)應該避免。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the transshipment problem of order delivery in B2C environment is studied by discrete event simulation. The transshipment relationship of order delivery is abstracted into four complex network structure models, and the performance and service level of each structure mode under three kinds of transshipment strategies are analyzed. The results show that transportation can bring higher performance and service level, inventory allocation strategy affects operational performance and TBA (based on available transshipment) strategy can bring high service level. The adoption of TBA or tie should be determined according to the stage of development; the high service level and the performance can be obtained by adjusting the transshipment structure; although the "fully connected" structure is the best way to improve the service level, But it also leads to more transshipment activities and costs; the "small world" structure is ideal, not only is it more profitable than other structures, but also close to the "fully connected" structure at the service level; and the "scale-free" structure should be avoided.
