【摘要】：為充分體現(xiàn)新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)方案選擇決策過程中決策者的主觀偏好對決策結(jié)果的影響,提出基于決策者方案偏好的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)方案選擇方法。鑒于方案選擇過程中信息的模糊性和不確定性,評價指標(biāo)屬性值以區(qū)間數(shù)形式給出,以減少決策信息的丟失。利用向量規(guī)范化方法規(guī)范化評估團(tuán)體決策矩陣;通過企業(yè)內(nèi)決策者給定其對備選方案的主觀偏好值,并引入修正系數(shù)進(jìn)行修正;通過區(qū)間數(shù)相離度獲取使評估團(tuán)隊(duì)與決策者偏好總偏差最小的屬性最優(yōu)權(quán)重向量;集結(jié)屬性權(quán)重向量和規(guī)范決策矩陣,得出各備選方案的綜合屬性值;通過兩兩比較區(qū)間數(shù)形式的綜合屬性值,建立可能度矩陣并計(jì)算其排序向量進(jìn)行方案的排序擇優(yōu)。應(yīng)用實(shí)例及案例對比分析表明,該方法對新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)方案選擇是有效且可行的。
[Abstract]:In order to fully reflect the influence of the decision makers' subjective preferences on the decision results in the process of selecting new product development schemes, a new product development scheme selection method based on the decision makers' preference is proposed. In view of the fuzziness and uncertainty of information in the process of scheme selection, the attribute value of evaluation index is given in the form of interval number to reduce the loss of decision information. The method of vector normalization is used to normalize the evaluation of group decision matrix, and the subjective preference value of the decision maker to the alternative scheme is given by the decision maker in the enterprise, and the correction coefficient is introduced to correct the matrix. The optimal attribute weight vector with minimum bias between evaluation team and decision maker is obtained by interval number divergence degree, attribute weight vector and canonical decision matrix are assembled, and the comprehensive attribute value of each alternative scheme is obtained. By comparing the comprehensive attribute values in the form of interval numbers by pairwise comparison, the possibility degree matrix is established and its sorting vector is calculated to select the priority of the scheme. The application examples and case studies show that this method is effective and feasible for the selection of new product development schemes.
