【摘要】：信任修復(fù)是企業(yè)間沖突發(fā)生后關(guān)系修復(fù)的重要內(nèi)容,也是企業(yè)要面對(duì)的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,而在理論研究中尚未得到重視。本研究旨在探討渠道成員沖突后的信任修復(fù)過(guò)程,分析不同的修復(fù)策略(合作策略和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略)對(duì)信任修復(fù)的影響,檢驗(yàn)感知公平(程序公平與分配公平)的中介作用。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):合作策略和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略對(duì)能力信任修復(fù)和善意信任修復(fù)有直接影響,并通過(guò)感知公平的中介效應(yīng)產(chǎn)生作用。其中合作策略對(duì)能力信任修復(fù)的正向影響顯著大于對(duì)善意信任修復(fù)的影響;競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略對(duì)善意信任修復(fù)的負(fù)向影響顯著大于對(duì)能力信任修復(fù)的負(fù)向影響。本文豐富了渠道關(guān)系修復(fù)理論,為企業(yè)管理渠道關(guān)系提供理論支撐和策略思路。
[Abstract]:Trust repair is not only an important part of the relationship repair after the conflict between enterprises, but also a realistic problem to be faced by enterprises, which has not been paid attention to in the theoretical research. The purpose of this study is to explore the process of trust restoration after channel members' conflict, analyze the influence of different repair strategies (cooperation strategy and competition strategy) on trust repair, and test the intermediary role of perceived fairness (procedural fairness and distributive fairness). It is found that cooperative strategy and competition strategy have direct influence on ability trust repair and goodwill trust repair, and play an important role in perceived fairness. The positive effect of cooperative strategy on ability trust repair is significantly greater than that on goodwill trust repair, and the negative impact of competition strategy on goodwill trust repair is significantly greater than that on ability trust repair. This paper enriches the theory of channel relationship repair and provides theoretical support and strategic thinking for enterprise management channel relationship.
