【摘要】：技術(shù)邏輯為新創(chuàng)企業(yè)發(fā)展提供內(nèi)生動(dòng)力,制度邏輯使新創(chuàng)企業(yè)獲得合法性,二者都有助于提高新創(chuàng)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效。技術(shù)邏輯、制度邏輯對(duì)新創(chuàng)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的作用受到環(huán)境的影響,在新創(chuàng)企業(yè)發(fā)展的不同階段,技術(shù)邏輯與制度邏輯的作用不同。在相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)回顧的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了新創(chuàng)企業(yè)發(fā)展不同階段技術(shù)邏輯、制度邏輯對(duì)新創(chuàng)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的影響機(jī)理,并提出理論命題,建構(gòu)了以新創(chuàng)企業(yè)發(fā)展階段為調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制的理論框架。
[Abstract]:The technological logic provides the endogenous power for the development of the new venture, and the system logic makes the new enterprise obtain the legitimacy, both of which help to improve the innovation performance of the new venture. The effects of technological logic and institutional logic on the innovation performance of new enterprises are influenced by the environment. In different stages of the development of new enterprises, the functions of technical logic and institutional logic are different. Based on the review of relevant literature, this paper discusses the influence mechanism of technological logic and institutional logic on innovation performance in different stages of new venture development, and puts forward a theoretical proposition. This paper constructs the theoretical framework of regulating mechanism in the stage of the development of new enterprises.
