【摘要】：隨著《中國制造2025》中國版的工業(yè)4.0的宏偉藍圖的提出,整個國民經(jīng)濟增速的放緩,工業(yè)企業(yè)的轉型升級迫在眉睫的大環(huán)境下,工業(yè)企業(yè)的供應鏈管理的水平高下以及供應鏈系統(tǒng)的運作過程的效率,直接關系了這個企業(yè)在企業(yè)所在的行業(yè)、所處的市場中是否具有較強的競爭力,能否在國內(nèi)甚至國際同行中處于不敗之地,所以企業(yè)的供應量管理優(yōu)化和提升就重要性就不言而喻了。提升企業(yè)的供應鏈管理水平首先要了解目前的企業(yè)的供應鏈管理的現(xiàn)狀;其次分析供應鏈管理中的難點和不足;再次要運用國際、國內(nèi)先進的供應鏈理論去解決目前現(xiàn)實的問題,最后提出優(yōu)化的方案。本文以無錫華光集團公司的供應鏈管理為研究對象,在總結了國際、國內(nèi)的供應鏈管理方面的理論的基礎上,從無錫華光集團公司的供應鏈部分環(huán)節(jié)現(xiàn)實出發(fā),分析華光集團公司的供應鏈管理制度整體狀況,重點提供了華光集團采購管理環(huán)節(jié)現(xiàn)狀、銷售環(huán)節(jié)現(xiàn)狀、庫存及存貨管理的現(xiàn)狀,分析華光集團在銷售管理環(huán)節(jié)、采購管理環(huán)節(jié)以及存貨及庫存管理中存在的問題和弊端,借助供應鏈管理的理論以及供應鏈流程再造的理論和方法去尋求通過業(yè)務流程再造去尋找華光集團公司供應鏈管理存在問題的解決之道,在提出華光集團供應鏈業(yè)務流程改造的總體原則的基礎上,最后提出供應鏈管理的優(yōu)化的方案。論文通過提出問題、分析問題、解決問題的思路,探索華光集團公司供應鏈管理優(yōu)化的途徑,為在轉型升級中的無錫民營企業(yè)的供應鏈管理提供一個優(yōu)化參考,為提升企業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展增加競爭力,助力當?shù)亟?jīng)濟發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the proposal of the grand blueprint of "made in China 2025" for China's version of Industrial 4.0, the slowdown in the growth rate of the entire national economy, and the imminent transformation and upgrading of industrial enterprises, The high level of supply chain management of industrial enterprises and the efficiency of the operation process of the supply chain system have a direct bearing on whether this enterprise has strong competitiveness in the industry in which the enterprise is located and the market in which the enterprise is located. Can be in an invincible position in domestic and even international counterparts, so the importance of optimization and promotion of supply management is self-evident. To improve the level of supply chain management of enterprises, we should first understand the current situation of supply chain management of enterprises; secondly, analyze the difficulties and shortcomings of supply chain management; Domestic advanced supply chain theory to solve the current reality of the problem, and finally put forward the optimization scheme. This paper takes the supply chain management of Wuxi Huaguang Group Company as the research object, on the basis of summarizing the theories of international and domestic supply chain management, starting from the reality of the supply chain part of Wuxi Huaguang Group Company. This paper analyzes the overall situation of the supply chain management system of Huaguang Group, focusing on providing the status quo of purchasing management, sales links, inventory and inventory management of Huaguang Group, and analyzing the sales management links of Huaguang Group. Procurement management and inventory management problems and shortcomings, With the help of the theory of supply chain management and the theory and method of supply chain process reengineering, this paper tries to find a solution to the problems in supply chain management of Huaguang Group Company through business process reengineering. On the basis of putting forward the general principle of the transformation of supply chain business process of Huaguang Group, the optimization scheme of supply chain management is put forward at last. By putting forward problems, analyzing problems, solving problems and exploring the ways of supply chain management optimization in Huaguang Group Company, this paper provides an optimized reference for Wuxi private enterprises' supply chain management in the process of transformation and upgrading. In order to enhance the sustainable development of enterprises to increase competitiveness, help local economic development.
