【摘要】：獨立企業(yè)和集團成員企業(yè)的國際化戰(zhàn)略選擇可能存在顯著差異,但這一問題并未引起學術(shù)領(lǐng)域的足夠重視。本文采用2006—2015年進行對外直接投資的中國上市公司獨立企業(yè)和集團成員企業(yè)作為樣本,研究了獨立企業(yè)和集團成員企業(yè)的國際化戰(zhàn)略選擇。結(jié)果表明,獨立企業(yè)和集團成員企業(yè)在選擇是否采取國際化戰(zhàn)略以及選擇激進還是漸進的國際化戰(zhàn)略方面存在顯著差異。非競爭性資源和競爭性資源的溢價效應(yīng)均有助于成員企業(yè)實施國際化戰(zhàn)略,且有助于其實施激進的國際化戰(zhàn)略。競爭性資源的弱折價效應(yīng)有助于成員企業(yè)實施國際化戰(zhàn)略,并且有助于限制成員企業(yè)的過度投資,促進其實施漸進的國際化戰(zhàn)略。競爭性資源的強折價效應(yīng)不利于成員企業(yè)實施國際化戰(zhàn)略,但是當成員企業(yè)被迫聽從集團指令實施國際化戰(zhàn)略時,該強折價效應(yīng)有助于其實施激進的國際化戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:There may be significant differences in the choice of internationalization strategy between independent enterprises and group members, but this problem has not been paid enough attention to in academic field. In this paper, the international strategic choice of independent enterprises and group members of Chinese listed companies with foreign direct investment (FDI) from 2006 to 2015 is studied. The results show that there are significant differences between independent enterprises and group members in the choice of internationalization strategy and radical or progressive internationalization strategy. The premium effect of both non-competitive resources and competitive resources is helpful for member enterprises to implement internationalization strategy and implement radical internationalization strategy. The weak discount effect of competitive resources can help member enterprises to implement internationalization strategy, limit the excessive investment of member enterprises, and promote the implementation of progressive internationalization strategy. The strong discount effect of competitive resources is not conducive to the implementation of the internationalization strategy of member enterprises, but when the member enterprises are forced to follow the instructions of the group to implement the international strategy, the strong discount effect is helpful to implement the radical international strategy.
