【摘要】：SGS(中國(guó))是SGS集團(tuán)和中國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)有限公司合資的一家第三方檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu),主要提供檢驗(yàn)、測(cè)試和認(rèn)證服務(wù)。中國(guó)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易和社會(huì)質(zhì)量安全意識(shí)的提高發(fā)展極大地促進(jìn)了第三方檢驗(yàn)認(rèn)證行業(yè)在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展,其在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展中有著不可或缺的角色,特別是在國(guó)際經(jīng)貿(mào)往來(lái)中擔(dān)負(fù)著在消除貿(mào)易壁壘,保障質(zhì)量安全,提升環(huán)境意識(shí),維護(hù)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序等方面起著重要的作用,因此受到了各國(guó)政府的高度重視。本文以SGS(中國(guó))為例,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外多元化戰(zhàn)略和其它相關(guān)理論的研究成果,對(duì)SGS(中國(guó))的多元化戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究,為其多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)提供優(yōu)化方案,提升機(jī)構(gòu)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。本文可分為三個(gè)部分,第一部分是緒論,主要介紹論文選題的背景和意義,思路和方法。第二部分是文獻(xiàn)綜述,介紹多元化戰(zhàn)略的相關(guān)理論。第三部分是案例主體部分,主要對(duì)案例的背景,行業(yè)的發(fā)展情況,多元化戰(zhàn)略經(jīng)營(yíng)的現(xiàn)狀,特別是多元化戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題演變過(guò)程進(jìn)行描述。結(jié)合相關(guān)國(guó)內(nèi)外理論和SWOT分析工具,對(duì)案例企業(yè)多元化戰(zhàn)略的進(jìn)行多元化動(dòng)因和問(wèn)題的根本原因分析。并針對(duì)問(wèn)題提出SGS(中國(guó))多元化戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的優(yōu)化方案與實(shí)施方法,從而得出本文的結(jié)論關(guān)于結(jié)合機(jī)構(gòu)自身的核心能力進(jìn)行有效的多元化經(jīng)營(yíng),并能給其它中國(guó)第三方機(jī)構(gòu)多元化戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的一些建議和啟示。
[Abstract]:SGS (China) is a joint venture between SGS Group and China Standard Technology Development Co., Ltd. to provide inspection, testing and certification services. The development of China's import and export trade and the awareness of social quality and safety has greatly promoted the development of third-party inspection and certification industry in the Chinese market, which plays an indispensable role in the development of global economic integration. Especially in the international economic and trade exchanges, it plays an important role in removing trade barriers, ensuring quality and safety, promoting environmental awareness, and maintaining international economic order. Taking SGS (China) as an example, this paper studies the diversification strategy of SGS (China) by combining the research results of domestic and foreign diversification strategies and other relevant theories, in order to provide an optimized scheme for its diversification. To enhance the sustainable development and market competitiveness of the organization. This paper can be divided into three parts, the first part is an introduction, mainly introduces the background and significance, ideas and methods. The second part is a literature review, introducing the relevant theory of diversification strategy. The third part is the main part of the case, mainly describes the background of the case, the development of the industry, the status quo of diversification strategy management, especially the evolution process of diversification strategy. Combined with relevant domestic and foreign theories and SWOT analysis tools, this paper analyzes the causes of diversification and the root causes of the problems. The optimization scheme and implementation method of SGS-China diversification strategy development are put forward, and the conclusion of this paper is to carry on effective diversification management in combination with the core competence of the organization itself. And can give other Chinese third-party organization diversification strategy development some suggestions and enlightenment.
