制度差異對戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟知識轉(zhuǎn)移效果的影響研究

【摘要】:伴隨著知識經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,知識已成為企業(yè)擴大競爭優(yōu)勢的關(guān)鍵性資源。為了更好地適應(yīng)市場環(huán)境,提高企業(yè)的競爭實力,僅靠企業(yè)自身的力量是難以實現(xiàn)的,企業(yè)還必須整合內(nèi)部創(chuàng)造的知識和外部獲取的知識。戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟作為一種組織協(xié)同網(wǎng)絡(luò),為企業(yè)間知識獲取提供了一個有效的平臺,于是企業(yè)通過組建戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的方式轉(zhuǎn)移和學習其他企業(yè)的知識。然而事實上,聯(lián)盟發(fā)展并不順利,聯(lián)盟內(nèi)部的知識轉(zhuǎn)移過程相對復雜。對此,以往學者從知識特性、組織能力以及聯(lián)盟差異性等影響因素出發(fā),分析聯(lián)盟知識轉(zhuǎn)移效果不佳的原因,而鮮有學者基于組織間制度差異的視角對戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟知識轉(zhuǎn)移進行研究;诖,本文依據(jù)制度差異影響知識轉(zhuǎn)移效果這一脈絡(luò)展開研究。首先,整理有關(guān)制度差異、戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟知識轉(zhuǎn)移的國內(nèi)外研究,針對現(xiàn)有文獻的不足,從而確定本文的研究內(nèi)容。并對與本文相關(guān)的制度理論、知識轉(zhuǎn)移理論進行整理與分析,為后續(xù)理論模型的構(gòu)建提供理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,在文獻梳理與相關(guān)理論闡述的基礎(chǔ)上,通過建立理論模型,來揭示制度差異對戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟知識轉(zhuǎn)移的直接影響及作用機理。并對影響機理中所涉及的變量進行概念界定,為研究假設(shè)的提出作好鋪墊。再次,通過問卷調(diào)查法對所涉及變量的實際情況進行調(diào)研,并對樣本數(shù)據(jù)進行信效度檢驗與相關(guān)分析,確保數(shù)據(jù)的可靠性與量表的有效性。最后,利用SPSS統(tǒng)計軟件對建立的回歸模型進行處理,實現(xiàn)對研究假設(shè)的驗證,從而得出本文的研究結(jié)論,并為企業(yè)實現(xiàn)有效的知識轉(zhuǎn)移提出相關(guān)管理建議,以及指出本文的局限與未來研究方向。按照上述研究邏輯,本文主要得到如下四個方面的結(jié)論:第一,無論是正式制度差異還是非正式制度差異,均負向影響了戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟知識轉(zhuǎn)移效果。組織間制度差異越大,越不利于戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟知識轉(zhuǎn)移效果的提升。第二,聯(lián)盟關(guān)系質(zhì)量在正式制度差異對戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟知識轉(zhuǎn)移效果的影響中起部分中介作用;在非正式制度差異對戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟知識轉(zhuǎn)移效果的影響中起完全中介作用。第三,聯(lián)盟能力減弱了非正式制度差異對戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟知識轉(zhuǎn)移效果的影響,其調(diào)節(jié)作用顯著。但聯(lián)盟能力對于正式制度差異影響戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟知識轉(zhuǎn)移效果的調(diào)節(jié)作用不顯著。第四,聯(lián)盟經(jīng)驗減弱了正式制度差異對聯(lián)盟知識轉(zhuǎn)移效果的影響,其調(diào)節(jié)作用顯著。并且聯(lián)盟經(jīng)驗也減弱了非正式制度差異對聯(lián)盟知識轉(zhuǎn)移效果的影響,其調(diào)節(jié)作用也顯著。本研究創(chuàng)新性地將組織間制度差異應(yīng)用于戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟知識轉(zhuǎn)移的研究中,并基于該視角分析其對戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟知識轉(zhuǎn)移效果的影響,研究有助于豐富制度差異理論,并為戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟知識轉(zhuǎn)移的研究提供了新的視角。此外,本研究還探討了制度差異影響聯(lián)盟知識轉(zhuǎn)移的內(nèi)在機理,驗證了聯(lián)盟關(guān)系質(zhì)量的中介作用以及聯(lián)盟能力和聯(lián)盟經(jīng)驗的調(diào)節(jié)作用,更加深入地揭示了制度差異對聯(lián)盟知識轉(zhuǎn)移的影響路徑,拓展了戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟知識轉(zhuǎn)移的研究思路,研究結(jié)果也為聯(lián)盟企業(yè)提升知識轉(zhuǎn)移效果提供了一些實踐指導。
[Abstract]:With the development of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the key resource for enterprise to expand its competitive advantage. In order to adapt to the market environment and improve the competitive strength of enterprises, it is difficult to realize only the strength of the enterprise itself. The enterprise must integrate the knowledge created by the enterprise and the knowledge acquired by the outside department. The same network provides an effective platform for knowledge acquisition among enterprises, so enterprises transfer and learn the knowledge of other enterprises through the formation of strategic alliances. However, in fact, the development of the alliance is not smooth and the process of knowledge transfer within the alliance is relatively complex. On the basis of the factors such as sex and other factors, the reasons for the poor effect of alliance knowledge transfer are analyzed, and few scholars study the knowledge transfer of strategic alliance based on the difference of inter organization system. Based on this, this paper is based on the context of institutional differences affecting the effect of knowledge transfer. First, the relevant institutional differences and strategic alliance knowledge transfer are carried out. The research at home and abroad, in view of the deficiency of the existing literature, determines the content of this paper, and collate and analyze the theory of the system and knowledge transfer theory related to this article, and provide a theoretical basis for the construction of the follow-up theoretical model. Secondly, on the basis of the literature review and the relevant theory, the theoretical model is established to uncover it. The direct influence and mechanism of the difference of the system on the knowledge transfer of strategic alliance and the definition of the variables involved in the influence mechanism are defined to make a good paving for the hypothesis. Thirdly, the actual situation of the variables involved is investigated by the questionnaire survey method, and the reliability and validity of the sample data is tested and the related analysis is carried out. To ensure the reliability of the data and the validity of the scale. Finally, the SPSS statistical software is used to deal with the established regression model, to verify the hypothesis of the research, to draw the conclusions of this paper, and to put forward relevant management suggestions for the effective knowledge transfer of enterprises, and to point out the limitations and future research directions of this paper. The main conclusions are as follows: first, both the formal system difference and the informal system difference affect the effect of knowledge transfer in the strategic alliance. The greater the difference between the organizations, the more disadvantageous to the promotion of the knowledge transfer effect of the strategic alliance. Second, the quality of the alliance is in the formal system difference. It plays a partial intermediary role in the effect of strategic alliance knowledge transfer effect; the difference in the informal system plays a complete intermediary role in the effect of strategic alliance knowledge transfer. Third, the alliance ability weakens the influence of the informal institutional difference on the effect of strategic alliance knowledge transfer. The regulation effect of institutional difference affects the effect of knowledge transfer of strategic alliance is not significant. Fourth, the alliance experience weakens the influence of formal institutional difference on the effect of alliance knowledge transfer, which has a significant adjustment effect. And the alliance experience also weakens the influence of the informal system difference on the effect of alliance knowledge transfer. The study of institutional differences in the inter organizational system is applied to the study of knowledge transfer in strategic alliances. Based on this perspective, the influence of the knowledge transfer on strategic alliance is analyzed. The study helps to enrich the theory of institutional differences and provides a new perspective for the study of knowledge transfer in strategic alliances. The internal mechanism of knowledge transfer of the alliance confirms the intermediary role of alliance quality and the adjustment function of alliance ability and alliance experience, reveals the influence path of institutional difference on alliance knowledge transfer, expands the research ideas of knowledge transfer in strategic alliance, and the result also promotes knowledge transfer for alliance enterprises. The effect provides some practical guidance.
