【摘要】：深入研究和大力推進(jìn)"大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新"即"雙創(chuàng)",探索和催生我國(guó)中小企業(yè)發(fā)展以及整個(gè)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新動(dòng)能,對(duì)于更好消除不利于創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的各種制度束縛和桎梏,有效破除妨礙創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的體制機(jī)制和政策弊端,全面激活億萬(wàn)民眾智慧及其創(chuàng)造力,更好實(shí)現(xiàn)資金鏈引導(dǎo)創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新鏈、創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新鏈支持產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈帶動(dòng)就業(yè)鏈的形成和健康發(fā)展,促進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,均具有重要理論深化意義和政策實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:To deeply study and vigorously promote "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation" or "double innovation" to explore and accelerate the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China as well as the new momentum of the development of the national economy as a whole. To better eliminate the institutional shackles and shackles that are not conducive to the development of entrepreneurial innovation, to effectively eliminate the institutional mechanisms and policy drawbacks that hinder the development of entrepreneurial innovation, and to fully activate the wisdom and creativity of hundreds of millions of people, It is of great theoretical significance and practical significance to better realize the financial chain to guide the entrepreneurial innovation chain, to support the industrial chain, to promote the formation and healthy development of the employment chain, and to promote the sustained and healthy development of our economy.
