【摘要】：在大眾創(chuàng)新萬眾創(chuàng)業(yè)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代,推動(dòng)航空產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略性快速發(fā)展,解決西安航空中小企業(yè)在創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)中存在的突出問題,對(duì)于促進(jìn)西安經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和西安航空中小企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升具有重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。因此,提出構(gòu)建與西安航空中小企業(yè)發(fā)展需求相匹配的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化平臺(tái),剖析西安航空中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)存在的問題及成因,并基于扎根理論,通過開放式訪談、半結(jié)構(gòu)化訪談及焦點(diǎn)訪談,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)航空中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)平臺(tái)構(gòu)成因素的識(shí)別與選擇,進(jìn)一步解釋平臺(tái)內(nèi)部構(gòu)成。最后,深入分析西安航空中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)平臺(tái)運(yùn)行機(jī)理,為指導(dǎo)航空中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)服務(wù)提供有針對(duì)性的意見和建議。
[Abstract]:In the Internet era of mass innovation, promoting the aviation industry to achieve strategic and rapid development, and solving the outstanding problems of Xi'an Airlines small and medium-sized enterprises in innovation and entrepreneurship, It has important theoretical significance and practical value to promote Xi'an economic growth and enhance the competitiveness of Xi'an aviation small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, this paper puts forward to construct the innovative incubating platform which matches the development needs of Xi'an Aeronautical SMEs, analyzes the problems and causes of Xi'an Aeronautical SMEs' Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and based on the theory of taking root, through the open interview, Semi-structured interviews and focus interviews are used to identify and select the components of the innovative platform for small and medium-sized aviation enterprises, and to further explain the internal structure of the platform. Finally, the operating mechanism of Xi'an Aeronautical small and Medium-sized Enterprises' Innovation and Entrepreneurship platform is analyzed in depth, which provides targeted opinions and suggestions for guiding the aviation SMEs' innovative and entrepreneurial services.
