【摘要】：中國轉(zhuǎn)型經(jīng)濟(jì)所導(dǎo)致的制度變遷,激發(fā)了民營企業(yè)制度創(chuàng)業(yè)行為。制度創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)制的實(shí)質(zhì)是制度創(chuàng)業(yè)者實(shí)施制度創(chuàng)業(yè)策略,克服各種制度創(chuàng)業(yè)約束,為新的創(chuàng)業(yè)主張獲取合法性的過程。因此,制度創(chuàng)業(yè)策略視角的研究有利于揭示制度創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)制。把中國民營企業(yè)制度創(chuàng)業(yè)分為完善型和開拓型,制度創(chuàng)業(yè)策略劃分為話語策略、理論化策略、社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)策略、文化策略,緊密結(jié)合3個(gè)不同的制度創(chuàng)業(yè)階段,通過對(duì)吉利汽車、征途網(wǎng)絡(luò)、春秋航空、阿里巴巴這4個(gè)公司的多案例研究,構(gòu)建轉(zhuǎn)型經(jīng)濟(jì)中民營企業(yè)制度創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)制的探索性理論模型。
[Abstract]:The institutional changes caused by China's transition economy have stimulated private enterprises' institutional entrepreneurial behavior. The essence of institutional entrepreneurship mechanism is the process of implementing institutional entrepreneurship strategy, overcoming various constraints of institutional entrepreneurship, and obtaining legitimacy for new entrepreneurial claims. Therefore, the study of institutional entrepreneurship strategy is helpful to reveal the mechanism of institutional entrepreneurship. The system entrepreneurship of private enterprises in China is divided into perfect type and pioneering type. The strategy is divided into discourse strategy, theorized strategy, social network strategy, cultural strategy, and closely combined with three different stages of institutional entrepreneurship, through the analysis of Geely Automobile. The multi-case study of the four companies, such as journey network, Spring and Autumn Airlines and Alibaba, constructs an exploratory theoretical model of the institutional entrepreneurship mechanism of private enterprises in the transitional economy.
