經(jīng)濟全球化背景下傳統(tǒng)國有外貿(mào)企業(yè)的多元化經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:我國外貿(mào)行業(yè)的逐步放開及經(jīng)濟全球化時代的到來,政策優(yōu)勢所形成的壟斷經(jīng)營的格局已經(jīng)難以再現(xiàn),傳統(tǒng)國有外貿(mào)企業(yè)的代理制經(jīng)營模式已經(jīng)難以適應市場的要求。傳統(tǒng)國有外貿(mào)企業(yè)唯有梳理分析當前企業(yè)經(jīng)營內(nèi)外環(huán)境的變化,依托原有業(yè)務及企業(yè)資源構(gòu)建企業(yè)自身核心能力,建立以核心能力為中心的企業(yè)多元化經(jīng)營的協(xié)同發(fā)展機制,才能較快的擺脫經(jīng)營困境,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。首先基于我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,對傳統(tǒng)國有外貿(mào)企業(yè)進行了概念的界定,在前人研究的基礎上分析整理多元化戰(zhàn)略管理理論及傳統(tǒng)國有外貿(mào)企業(yè)進行多元化發(fā)展的可能為全文奠定理論基礎。其次,分析傳統(tǒng)國有外貿(mào)企業(yè)當前所面臨的問題及所處的經(jīng)濟形勢,分析傳統(tǒng)國有外貿(mào)企業(yè)進行多元化經(jīng)營的可能性及必要性。再次,基于傳統(tǒng)國有外貿(mào)企業(yè)多元化經(jīng)營的"目標-路徑"的思想重點分析傳統(tǒng)國有外貿(mào)企業(yè)多元化經(jīng)營的運作模式。接著,以HS公司為例闡述傳統(tǒng)國有外貿(mào)企業(yè)多元化經(jīng)營的實現(xiàn)方式并歸納總結(jié)傳統(tǒng)國有外貿(mào)企業(yè)實現(xiàn)多元化經(jīng)營的一般路徑,為傳統(tǒng)國有外貿(mào)企業(yè)的多元化經(jīng)營提供了一定的參考。通過研究,主要得出以下結(jié)論:1、傳統(tǒng)國有外貿(mào)企業(yè)的代理制經(jīng)營模式難以適應當前市場經(jīng)濟的要求,普遍出現(xiàn)規(guī)模縮小,利潤下降的現(xiàn)象。2、傳統(tǒng)國有外貿(mào)企業(yè)因諸多因素的影響,實施戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型存在一定的難度。3、傳統(tǒng)國有外貿(mào)企業(yè)基于長期經(jīng)營的積累,在實施多元化經(jīng)營過程中存在一定的優(yōu)勢。4、傳統(tǒng)國有外貿(mào)企業(yè)實施多元化經(jīng)營必須依托企業(yè)當前所面臨的客觀環(huán)境及企業(yè)自身資源結(jié)合發(fā)展目標,制定合理的發(fā)展路徑。
[Abstract]:With the gradual liberalization of China's foreign trade industry and the arrival of the era of economic globalization, the pattern of monopoly management formed by the policy advantages has been difficult to reproduce, and the agency management mode of the traditional state-owned foreign trade enterprises has been difficult to meet the requirements of the market. The traditional state-owned foreign trade enterprises can only analyze the changes of the internal and external environment of the current enterprises, build up the core competence of the enterprises based on the original business and enterprise resources, and establish the cooperative development mechanism of diversified management with the core competence as the center. In order to get rid of the management predicament quickly, realize the sustainable development of the enterprise. Firstly, based on the economic development of our country, the concept of traditional state-owned foreign trade enterprises is defined. On the basis of previous studies, this paper analyzes and collates the theory of diversification strategy management and the possibility of diversified development of traditional state-owned foreign trade enterprises, which lays a theoretical foundation for the full text. Secondly, it analyzes the current problems and economic situation of traditional state-owned foreign trade enterprises, and analyzes the possibility and necessity of diversification of traditional state-owned foreign trade enterprises. Thirdly, based on the idea of "goal-path" of diversification of traditional state-owned foreign trade enterprises, this paper focuses on analyzing the operation mode of diversification of traditional state-owned foreign trade enterprises. Then, taking HS Company as an example, the paper expounds the way to realize diversification of traditional state-owned foreign trade enterprises and summarizes the general path to realize diversification of traditional state-owned foreign trade enterprises. It provides a certain reference for the diversification of traditional state-owned foreign trade enterprises. Through research, we can draw the following conclusion: 1. The traditional agency business model of state-owned foreign trade enterprises is difficult to adapt to the requirements of the current market economy, and the scale is generally reduced. Due to the influence of many factors, it is difficult for the traditional state-owned foreign trade enterprises to carry out the strategic transformation. The traditional state-owned foreign trade enterprises are based on the accumulation of long-term management. In the process of implementing diversification, there are certain advantages. The traditional state-owned foreign trade enterprises must rely on the objective environment and the development target of their own resources to make a reasonable development path.
