【摘要】：伴隨社會的進步和發(fā)展,物料生產(chǎn)和配送已然成為滿足高效生產(chǎn)的必備條件。物料在商品加工的過程中,能否及時、精準、選取科學方法到達生產(chǎn)的終端,對于制造單位的生產(chǎn)物料狀況以及生產(chǎn)加工單位的裝配速率起到關鍵作用。首先,本文介紹了物料配送相關理論知識與方法,包括旅行商模式,車輛路徑模式,帶時間窗口的車輛路徑模式,簡介聚類方法并給出模糊聚類分組方法,并給出帶時間窗的車輛路徑問題求解方法,其中特別強調(diào)了遺傳算法。其次,介紹合佳醫(yī)藥車間物料配送現(xiàn)狀,分析找出存在的問題,通過模糊聚類方法對研究的樣本進行分類劃分,利用模糊聚類方案對車間需求點進行分組,然后結合配送目標構建物料配送數(shù)學模型進行組內(nèi)求解,給出遺傳方法求解結果和組內(nèi)路徑的排布。最后,給出本文優(yōu)化方案和原有方案的物料配送模式的各指標對比。實驗結果表明本文方法在物料配送時間窗,配送距離,物料運載裝置的重載率以及總開銷都有明顯優(yōu)勢。本課題可對同類型企業(yè)物料配送提供有意義的借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:With the progress and development of the society, material production and distribution has become an essential condition to meet the efficiency of production. Whether the material can reach the terminal of production in time and precision in the process of commodity processing plays a key role in the production material condition of manufacturing unit and assembly rate of production and processing unit. Firstly, this paper introduces the theory and methods of material distribution, including traveling salesman mode, vehicle routing mode, vehicle routing mode with time window, and introduces clustering method and fuzzy clustering grouping method. The method of solving vehicle routing problem with time window is given, especially the genetic algorithm. Secondly, the present situation of material distribution in Hejia Medical Workshop is introduced, the existing problems are analyzed and identified, the samples are classified by fuzzy clustering method, and the demand points of workshop are grouped by fuzzy clustering scheme. Then, a mathematical model of material distribution is constructed to solve the problem in group, and the result of genetic method and the layout of intra-group path are given. Finally, the comparison of each index between the optimization scheme and the original scheme is given. The experimental results show that this method has obvious advantages in material distribution time window, distribution distance, heavy load rate of material carrier and total cost. This topic can provide a meaningful reference for the same type of enterprise material distribution.
