【摘要】：基于協(xié)同學(xué)構(gòu)建知識(shí)治理與社會(huì)技術(shù)能力耦合協(xié)調(diào)度評(píng)價(jià)模型,針對(duì)知識(shí)型企業(yè)進(jìn)行耦合協(xié)調(diào)度評(píng)估。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)知識(shí)治理與社會(huì)技術(shù)能力耦合協(xié)調(diào)因素進(jìn)行分析,并利用回歸模型對(duì)知識(shí)治理與社會(huì)技術(shù)能力耦合協(xié)調(diào)影響路徑進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:知識(shí)型企業(yè)知識(shí)治理與社會(huì)技術(shù)能力處于中低度耦合協(xié)調(diào)狀態(tài),企業(yè)吸收能力和知識(shí)源化策略對(duì)企業(yè)知識(shí)治理與社會(huì)技術(shù)能力的耦合協(xié)調(diào)影響比較顯著。通過(guò)構(gòu)建知識(shí)治理與社會(huì)治理能力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,探討了其耦合體系影響因素與路徑,有助于企業(yè)完善知識(shí)體系、提升知識(shí)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效。
[Abstract]:Based on Synergetics, the evaluation model of coupling coordination degree between knowledge governance and social technology ability is constructed, and the coupling coordination degree evaluation is carried out for knowledge-based enterprises. On this basis, the coupling and coordination factors of knowledge governance and social technology ability are analyzed, and the influence path of knowledge governance and social technology ability coupling coordination is analyzed by using regression model. The results show that the knowledge governance and the social technological ability of the knowledge enterprises are in the low coupling and coordination state, and the enterprise absorptive ability and the knowledge source strategy have a significant influence on the coupling and coordination between the knowledge governance and the social technology ability. By constructing the evaluation index system of knowledge governance and social governance, this paper discusses the influence factors and paths of the coupling system, which is helpful for enterprises to perfect the knowledge system and improve the performance of knowledge innovation.
