【摘要】：正在創(chuàng)新與創(chuàng)業(yè)方面,成熟企業(yè)可采取雙軌思路:一方面在企業(yè)內(nèi)部打造一種包容創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)精神的企業(yè)文化和環(huán)境;另一方面,通過(guò)孵化器、加速器和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資等金融手段積極捕獲外部創(chuàng)新機(jī)會(huì)和成果。當(dāng)前,全球進(jìn)入一個(gè)創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)業(yè)時(shí)代,創(chuàng)業(yè)公司已經(jīng)成為重要的創(chuàng)新來(lái)源。經(jīng)過(guò)創(chuàng)業(yè)和發(fā)展期后相對(duì)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的成熟企業(yè)或大型企業(yè),除了固有的創(chuàng)新主線,也開(kāi)始
[Abstract]:In terms of innovation and entrepreneurship, mature enterprises can take a two-track approach: on the one hand, to create a culture and environment that embraces innovative entrepreneurship within the enterprise; and, on the other hand, through incubators, Accelerator and venture capital and other financial instruments actively capture external innovation opportunities and results. At present, the world has entered an era of innovation, entrepreneurial companies have become an important source of innovation. Mature enterprises or large enterprises that have developed relatively steadily after a period of entrepreneurship and development have also begun to develop in addition to their inherent innovation lines.
