【摘要】：隨著經濟全球化進展,企業(yè)身處全球產業(yè)鏈條上,外部市場競爭環(huán)境變化加速導致要求供應鏈尤其是企業(yè)內部供應鏈必須對市場需求做出快速的反應。企業(yè)應圍繞內部供應鏈的核心職能,進行業(yè)務流程再造,建立企業(yè)內部供應鏈精益化管理,從而提高企業(yè)整體的運營效率和經濟效益,使企業(yè)在激烈市場競爭中保持可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文以某中型規(guī)模的外向型制造企業(yè)T公司為研究對象,運用業(yè)務流程再造(BPR)和供應鏈管理(SCM)的管理思想和工具,采用理論研究和實證分析相結合的方法,針對T公司供應鏈管理中訂單管理、庫存管理、生產計劃管理等問題進行剖析,梳理和總結了問題產生的主要原因。以此為基礎,調研同行業(yè)標桿企業(yè),確定了T公司內部供應鏈管理的改進目標,并提出以協(xié)同化管理為核心的改進策略,構建了以計劃部為核心的組織結構,進而設計T公司內部供應鏈管理業(yè)務協(xié)同模式,對T公司物資分類、供應商管理、采購管理和庫存管理業(yè)務提出改進方案,并通過方案實驗驗證了供應鏈流程改進的效果。本文通過T公司內部供應鏈管理業(yè)務改進的分析與驗證,以期為外向型制造企業(yè)在供應鏈管理方面作為借鑒,幫助更多的制造企業(yè)建立合理有效的供應鏈管理模式,從而使企業(yè)獲得長期的盈利能力,提高企業(yè)的核心競爭力,實現企業(yè)的長期發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, enterprises in the global industrial chain, the external market competition environment has accelerated the demand supply chain, especially the internal supply chain of enterprises must make rapid response to the market demand. Enterprises should revolve around the core functions of the internal supply chain, enter the industry process reengineering, and establish the lean enterprise supply chain. In order to improve the overall operation efficiency and economic benefit of the enterprise, the enterprise will keep sustainable development in the fierce market competition. This paper takes a medium scale export-oriented manufacturing enterprise T as the research object, uses the management ideas and tools of business process reengineering (BPR) and supply chain management (SCM), and adopts theoretical research and empirical analysis. Based on the analysis of the problems of order management, inventory management and production planning management in the supply chain management of T company, the main reasons for the problems are summarized and summarized. Based on this, the research on the benchmarking enterprises in the same industry has been made to determine the improvement target of the internal supply chain management in T company, and put forward the core of the co assimilation management. The improvement strategy has constructed the organization structure with the planning department as the core, and then designs the T company's internal supply chain management cooperation mode, and puts forward the improvement plan for the material classification, supplier management, purchasing management and inventory management business of T company, and verifies the effect of the supply chain process improvement through the scheme experiment. This article passes the internal supply of T company. The analysis and verification of the business improvement of the chain management is expected to help the export-oriented manufacturing enterprises to use as a reference for the supply chain management and help more manufacturing enterprises to establish a reasonable and effective supply chain management model, so that the enterprises can gain long-term profitability, improve the core competitive power of the enterprises, and realize the long-term development of the enterprises.
