基于平臺(tái)生態(tài)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)眾包驅(qū)動(dòng)行為與激勵(lì)策略研究

【摘要】:由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)普及率的提高,各類產(chǎn)品生命周期不斷縮短,知識(shí)更新速度不斷加快,企業(yè)創(chuàng)新難度隨之不斷提高。但與此同時(shí),許多企業(yè)卻面臨著資源缺乏,創(chuàng)新能力不足以及無(wú)法滿足顧客需求等諸多問(wèn)題,這迫使企業(yè)發(fā)掘更多的創(chuàng)新資源,與更多的創(chuàng)新主體進(jìn)行合作。眾包作為近幾年興起的新型商業(yè)模式讓企業(yè)有機(jī)會(huì)可以接觸到新的創(chuàng)新源來(lái)補(bǔ)充甚至是替代現(xiàn)有的創(chuàng)新模式。網(wǎng)絡(luò)眾包是一種參與式在線活動(dòng),其中個(gè)體、機(jī)構(gòu)、非營(yíng)利組織或企業(yè)通過(guò)靈活的公開(kāi)召集方式,使一組有不同特征的個(gè)體自愿承擔(dān)某項(xiàng)任務(wù),以滿足眾包商的創(chuàng)新需求。這項(xiàng)任務(wù)本身具有一定復(fù)雜性和模塊性,大眾通過(guò)參與任務(wù)能獲得工作、報(bào)酬、經(jīng)驗(yàn)或知識(shí)。而眾包商將從中獲利,其形式將取決于所進(jìn)行的活動(dòng)的類型。目前越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)開(kāi)始注意到網(wǎng)絡(luò)眾包模式對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展、技術(shù)革新的作用,F(xiàn)代企業(yè)的開(kāi)放式創(chuàng)新發(fā)展逐漸運(yùn)用到眾包模式,利用外部的智慧、資源與技術(shù),拓展企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新源,拓展企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新模式和組織形式。學(xué)術(shù)界也開(kāi)始對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)眾包投入廣泛關(guān)注。目前研究焦點(diǎn)主要集中在大眾參與眾包的動(dòng)機(jī)和行為,而缺乏對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)眾包系統(tǒng)全局性的研究,從企業(yè)、平臺(tái)出發(fā)的文獻(xiàn)較少。因此本文首先從眾包的概念出發(fā),梳理了眾包興起原因、分類等,總結(jié)了關(guān)于眾包參與者角色和動(dòng)機(jī)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),對(duì)眾包相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了評(píng)述;接著通過(guò)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)相關(guān)理論研究進(jìn)行總結(jié),打下理論基礎(chǔ)。構(gòu)建基于平臺(tái)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)眾包生態(tài)系統(tǒng),從不同的主體研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)眾包生態(tài)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成、組成要素、邊界、結(jié)構(gòu)以及運(yùn)行機(jī)制,針對(duì)發(fā)包方和接包方的不同行為動(dòng)機(jī)研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)眾包生態(tài)系統(tǒng)參與者的行為驅(qū)動(dòng)因素,不論對(duì)于企業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展還是網(wǎng)絡(luò)眾包相關(guān)研究都具有一定的理論價(jià)值。同時(shí),本文還通過(guò)兩個(gè)具有代表性的眾包平臺(tái)——豬八戒網(wǎng)和海爾眾包供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng),對(duì)平臺(tái)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析,并從平臺(tái)的運(yùn)作模式總結(jié)了參與主體的行為驅(qū)動(dòng)因素,從而提出了網(wǎng)絡(luò)眾包行為的相關(guān)激勵(lì)策略,將會(huì)對(duì)企業(yè)開(kāi)展眾包活動(dòng)產(chǎn)生一定的實(shí)踐意義。

But at the same time, many enterprises are faced with the lack of resources, lack of innovation, many problems can not meet customer demands, forcing enterprises to explore more innovative resources and cooperate with more innovation. As a new business model Crowdsourcing in recent years so that enterprises have the opportunity to be exposed to new sources of innovation to supplement or even replace the existing innovation mode. Crowdsourcing network is a kind of participatory online activities, including individuals, organizations, non-profit organizations or enterprises through flexible the open call, so that a group of individuals have different characteristics voluntarily undertake a task, to meet Crowdsourcing's innovation needs.
