國網(wǎng)昌吉供電公司企業(yè)文化落地實(shí)踐研究

【摘要】:面對激烈的電力市場競爭、艱難的電力體制改革,電力行業(yè)迎來了經(jīng)營的挑戰(zhàn)。電力企業(yè)若要繼續(xù)保持以往的良好發(fā)展態(tài)勢,企業(yè)文化落地實(shí)踐、深入踐行變得刻不容緩?v觀昌吉供電公司企業(yè)文化落地實(shí)踐歷程,雖然已取得了一定成效,但隨著售電側(cè)放開、社會化招聘的擴(kuò)大,供電公司內(nèi)外部形勢、人員結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生重大變化,企業(yè)文化落地實(shí)踐工作遭遇到了瓶頸,企業(yè)文化效能下降。本論文從國家電網(wǎng)公司文化戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的要求、先進(jìn)單位典型經(jīng)驗(yàn)分析出發(fā),對昌吉供電公司企業(yè)文化落地實(shí)踐的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了盤點(diǎn),在理論研究、深度訪談、問卷調(diào)查等基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了問題剖析、原因分析,由此提出了解決問題的思路和建議。首先,針對昌吉供電公司企業(yè)文化落地實(shí)踐存在各基層單位間發(fā)展不均衡問題,由此產(chǎn)生工作效率、經(jīng)營效益的不均衡或狀態(tài)不佳現(xiàn)象,闡述了強(qiáng)化“短板”管理、均衡開展企業(yè)文化落地實(shí)踐的重要意義。其次,就基層單位對企業(yè)文化落地實(shí)踐理解存在誤區(qū)現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了解讀,并對這種現(xiàn)象帶來的后果進(jìn)行探究和分析,化解操作層與管理層之間的矛盾沖突,暢通文化落地實(shí)踐路徑。再次,針對人數(shù)占比越來越多的新員工企業(yè)文化認(rèn)同感不足的問題進(jìn)行原因分析,豐富企業(yè)文化落地實(shí)踐載體,采取更具針對性的落地方式。最后,結(jié)合國網(wǎng)昌吉供電公司內(nèi)外形勢、實(shí)踐調(diào)查,就目前公司企業(yè)文化落地實(shí)踐過程中遭遇的瓶頸問題進(jìn)行分析,提出了相應(yīng)的解決措施,并對企業(yè)文化落地實(shí)踐的再提升、再優(yōu)化,進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化企業(yè)文化的實(shí)踐效果,凸顯企業(yè)文化對企業(yè)發(fā)展的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Facing the fierce power market competition and the difficult electric power system reform, the electric power industry ushered in the management challenge.If the electric power enterprise wants to keep the good development situation in the past, it is urgent for the enterprise culture to fall into practice.Throughout the enterprise culture of Changji Power supply Company, although some achievements have been made, with the opening of the power sales side, the expansion of socialized recruitment, the internal and external situation of the power supply company, the personnel structure has undergone significant changes.Corporate culture landed in practice encountered a bottleneck, corporate cultural efficiency declined.Based on the requirements of the cultural strategy development of the State Grid Company and the typical experience of the advanced units, this paper makes an inventory of the present situation of the corporate culture landing practice in Changji Power supply Company, and makes an inventory of the present situation of the corporate culture landing practice in Changji Power supply Company.On the basis of questionnaire survey, the author analyzes the problems and causes, and puts forward some ideas and suggestions to solve the problems.First of all, in view of the problem of unbalanced development among the grass-roots units in Changji Power supply Company's corporate culture practice, this paper expounds how to strengthen the "short board" management.Balanced development of corporate culture landing practice is of great significance.Secondly, this paper interprets the misunderstanding phenomenon in the practice understanding of corporate culture, and analyzes the consequences of this phenomenon, and resolves the conflict between the operation layer and the management.Unimpeded cultural landing practice path.Thirdly, this paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of corporate cultural identity of new employees, which enrich the carrier of corporate culture landing practice and adopt a more targeted approach to landing.Finally, combined with the internal and external situation of Changji Power supply Company of National Network, the paper analyzes the bottleneck problems encountered in the course of corporate culture landing practice, puts forward the corresponding solutions, and further promotes the practice of corporate culture landing.Then optimize, further strengthen the practical effect of corporate culture, highlight the role of corporate culture to promote the development of enterprises.
