阿米巴經(jīng)營模式在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)公司H的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:本論文聚焦在中國第四次創(chuàng)業(yè)大潮中的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司,通過分析總結(jié)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)的行業(yè)特點以及創(chuàng)業(yè)公司在創(chuàng)業(yè)過程中遇到的問題,結(jié)合對相關(guān)理論研究的分析與思考,闡述了阿米巴經(jīng)營模式在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)公司H中的實施過程及效果,為國內(nèi)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)公司在實施阿米巴經(jīng)營模式提供了理論基礎(chǔ)及實際案例支持。在阿米巴經(jīng)營模式中,阿米巴組織可以根據(jù)外在環(huán)境的變化,不斷調(diào)整自己,以適應(yīng)多變的生存環(huán)境。這種通過小集體獨立運營,獨立核算的方式,體現(xiàn)了市場化和獨立靈活的自主經(jīng)濟(jì)體的思想。阿米巴經(jīng)營模式的關(guān)鍵是通過分解大分子、構(gòu)建獨立核算的小組織,讓身處一線的每一位員工都能充分發(fā)揮主觀能動性,參與到公司經(jīng)營中,成為公司運營的主角,最終實現(xiàn)“全員經(jīng)營”。H公司作為一家成立僅兩年的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)公司,經(jīng)營過程中所遇到的問題與挑戰(zhàn)在整個互聯(lián)網(wǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)公司中頗具代表性。通過構(gòu)建適合企業(yè)自身特點的阿米巴經(jīng)營模式,幫助企業(yè)快速應(yīng)對市場變化,培養(yǎng)了員工的目標(biāo)意識,在業(yè)績得到大規(guī)模提升的同時,實現(xiàn)了全員參與經(jīng)營,也為企業(yè)培養(yǎng)了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人。本論文分步驟闡述了H公司實踐阿米巴經(jīng)營模式的過程及實施效果,并對阿米巴經(jīng)營模式在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)公司的應(yīng)用提出了建議。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the Internet companies in the fourth wave of entrepreneurship in China, through the analysis and summary of the characteristics of the Internet industry and the problems encountered in the entrepreneurial process, combined with the relevant theoretical research analysis and thinking.This paper expounds the implementation process and effect of amoeba business model in Internet start-up company H. it provides theoretical basis and practical case support for domestic Internet start-up company to implement amoeba business model.In the amoeba business model, the amoeba organization can adapt itself to the changing living environment according to the change of external environment.This independent operation through small collective, independent accounting, reflect the market and independent and flexible independent economy.The key of amoeba's business model is to break down the big elements and build small organizations with independent accounting, so that every employee on the front line can give full play to his subjective initiative, participate in the operation of the company, and become the protagonist of the company's operation.Finally, as an Internet startup company established for only two years, the problems and challenges encountered in the course of operation are quite representative in the whole Internet start-up company.By constructing an amoeba business model suitable for the enterprise's own characteristics, it helps the enterprise to cope with the market changes quickly, and cultivates the employee's goal consciousness, and realizes the whole staff participating in the management while the achievement gets the large-scale promotion.Also trained for the enterprise leader.This paper expounds the process and effect of implementing amoeba business model in H Company, and puts forward some suggestions on the application of amoeba business model in Internet Start-up Company.
