【摘要】：現(xiàn)有逆向創(chuàng)新相關研究大多關注制造業(yè),對工程技術服務企業(yè)的研究鮮有涉及。本文對三家后發(fā)工程技術服務企業(yè)案例展開扎根分析,得到以下研究發(fā)現(xiàn):一是識別了技術地方化能力、國際聯(lián)接能力、"服務鏈"治理能力及組織學習能力等逆向創(chuàng)新成功的關鍵因素。二是歸納了在逆向創(chuàng)新過程中關鍵因素的若干演變規(guī)律,包括"本土"技術地方化向"國際"技術地方化演進、"被動、局部"國際聯(lián)接向"全面"國際聯(lián)接演進、"適應性"學習向"前沿性"演進以及工程技術"服務鏈"漸進提升。本研究拓展了"技術地方化"的內(nèi)涵,即除了"本土地方化"活動還包括"國際地方化"活動;提出工程技術"服務鏈"這一概念,并分析了該服務鏈的構成及構建規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:Most of the existing reverse innovation researches focus on the manufacturing industry, but few on the engineering and technical service enterprises.In this paper, three cases of latecomer engineering technology service enterprises are analyzed, and the following findings are obtained: first, the ability to localize technology is identified.International connectivity, service chain governance and organizational learning are key factors for reverse innovation success.The second is to sum up some rules of evolution of key factors in the process of reverse innovation, including the localization of "native" technology to "international" technology localization, "passivity",Local "international connection" evolves to "comprehensive" international connection, "adaptive" learning evolves to "vanguard" and engineering technology "service chain" evolves gradually.This study extends the connotation of "localization of technology", that is, it includes "international localization" in addition to "localization of local" activities, puts forward the concept of "service chain" of engineering technology, and analyzes the composition and construction law of the service chain.
