企業(yè)專利戰(zhàn)略和職能戰(zhàn)略的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:在企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略研究方面,目前國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于專利戰(zhàn)略的理論或?qū)嵶C研究基本上都是面向?qū)@麘?zhàn)略的基本問題,甚少有學(xué)者關(guān)注專利戰(zhàn)略和其他企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的關(guān)系;同樣的,國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于職能戰(zhàn)略的文獻(xiàn)數(shù)量顯著小于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略和業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略,且大多關(guān)注職能戰(zhàn)略的規(guī)劃、制定和執(zhí)行,甚少關(guān)注職能戰(zhàn)略和其他企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略之間的關(guān)系;國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于專利戰(zhàn)略和職能戰(zhàn)略的關(guān)系研究幾乎是空白,現(xiàn)有的文獻(xiàn)都跳不出專利戰(zhàn)略和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)追趕、核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)系的框架。目前學(xué)術(shù)界戰(zhàn)略關(guān)系研究集中在不同企業(yè)之間戰(zhàn)略的相互關(guān)系,而同一個(gè)公司集團(tuán)內(nèi)同一層次戰(zhàn)略之間的橫向關(guān)系的相關(guān)性研究幾乎空白。本文在大量閱讀國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的理論實(shí)證文獻(xiàn)資料后,發(fā)現(xiàn)專利戰(zhàn)略和職能戰(zhàn)略不僅僅在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力打造上緊密聯(lián)系,兩者本身就是相互影響、相互配合、密不可分的,專利戰(zhàn)略和市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略、產(chǎn)品戰(zhàn)略和技術(shù)戰(zhàn)略有較強(qiáng)的相關(guān)性。本文在戰(zhàn)略理論和戰(zhàn)略研究方法上都進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)新。理論層面,將戰(zhàn)略研究視角從行為導(dǎo)向轉(zhuǎn)向結(jié)果驗(yàn)證,把戰(zhàn)略關(guān)系研究的引致性從間接轉(zhuǎn)向直接,將戰(zhàn)略關(guān)系研究范疇從企業(yè)間戰(zhàn)略理論拓寬至企業(yè)內(nèi)部戰(zhàn)略理論,并打破現(xiàn)有戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)接機(jī)制的禁錮,直接研究了專利戰(zhàn)略與三大職能性戰(zhàn)略的雙向關(guān)系。實(shí)證研究層面,為了論證本文觀點(diǎn)的正確性并且提供實(shí)證支持,本文創(chuàng)新性的將定性分析方法和定量分析方法綜合起來。實(shí)證案例分析法以智能手機(jī)生產(chǎn)商為例,整理出國(guó)內(nèi)代表性手機(jī)生產(chǎn)廠商華為的專利戰(zhàn)略、產(chǎn)品戰(zhàn)略、市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略和技術(shù)戰(zhàn)略;并進(jìn)行梳理分析,找出專利戰(zhàn)略與職能性戰(zhàn)略具有相關(guān)性的實(shí)證支持。實(shí)證計(jì)量運(yùn)用eviews對(duì)量化后的專利戰(zhàn)略、產(chǎn)品戰(zhàn)略、市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略和技術(shù)戰(zhàn)略計(jì)算相關(guān)性,判斷各戰(zhàn)略之間的關(guān)聯(lián)度。
[Abstract]:In the aspect of enterprise strategy research, at present, the theoretical and empirical research on patent strategy at home and abroad is basically a basic problem facing patent strategy, and few scholars pay attention to the relationship between patent strategy and other enterprise strategies.The number of domestic and foreign literature on functional strategy is significantly smaller than that of enterprise strategy and business strategy, and most of them pay attention to the planning, formulation and implementation of functional strategy, and little attention is paid to the relationship between functional strategy and other enterprise strategies.The research on the relationship between patent strategy and functional strategy at home and abroad is almost blank, and the existing literature can not jump out the framework of the relationship between patent strategy and technological innovation, technological catch-up and core competitiveness.At present, the study of strategic relationship in academic circles focuses on the strategic relationship among different enterprises, while the research on the correlation of horizontal relationship between strategies at the same level within the same corporate group is almost blank.After reading a large number of theoretical and empirical literature on enterprise strategy at home and abroad, this paper finds that patent strategy and functional strategy are not only closely related to technological innovation and core competitiveness, but also affect each other and cooperate with each other.Inseparable, patent strategy and market strategy, product strategy and technology strategy have strong relevance.This article has carried on the innovation in the strategy theory and the strategy research method.At the theoretical level, the perspective of strategic research is shifted from behavior-oriented to result verification, the inducement of strategic relations is changed from indirect to direct, and the scope of strategic relations is broadened from inter-firm strategic theory to internal strategic theory.And break through the existing strategic linkage mechanism, and directly study the relationship between patent strategy and three functional strategies.In order to prove the correctness of this paper and provide empirical support, the qualitative analysis method and quantitative analysis method are innovatively integrated in this paper.The empirical case analysis takes smartphone manufacturers as an example to sort out the patent strategy, product strategy, market strategy and technology strategy of Huawei, a representative domestic handset manufacturer;To find out the patent strategy and functional strategy has the correlation of empirical support.Empirical measurement uses eviews to calculate the relativity of patent strategy, product strategy, market strategy and technical strategy after quantification, and to judge the correlation degree of each strategy.
