【摘要】：企業(yè)文化作為企業(yè)全體員工共同價值觀基礎上的共同的目標和做事方式,無時無刻不在影響著企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營行為以及企業(yè)的效率和業(yè)績。因此從企業(yè)文化角度發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的問題、改進企業(yè)文化從而產(chǎn)生我們希望的結果,無疑是重要和有效的途徑。寧夏煤炭勘察工程公司作為傳承60年的功勛國有企業(yè),沉淀了深厚的企業(yè)文化。這種企業(yè)文化有其優(yōu)秀的一面,保障企業(yè)取得了輝煌的成績。但有時候企業(yè)文化的負面作用更大,導致企業(yè)經(jīng)營困難,這時候就需要進行企業(yè)文化重塑來揚長避短。在目前煤炭行業(yè)產(chǎn)能過剩、效益下滑的情況下,寧夏煤炭勘察工程公司的發(fā)展也遭遇了瓶頸,正在與國家同步進行新一輪的國企改革,調整了隸屬關系和人員組成,打破了員工的心理定勢,正是企業(yè)文化重塑的良好契機。本文在研究了目前國內外企業(yè)文化現(xiàn)狀,應用企業(yè)文化的功能、測評方法以及企業(yè)文化與經(jīng)營業(yè)績的關系等方面的理論,通過文獻法、訪談法、觀察法和問卷法對寧夏煤炭勘察工程公司的企業(yè)文化進行了調查分析,并發(fā)現(xiàn)了其中存在的問題。然后本文根據(jù)謝瑞頓和斯特恩的文化變革模式等三種模式提出了在公司轉型中企業(yè)文化重塑的途徑,以此打造出公司優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化,確保公司轉型成功。這對目前正在進行的新一輪國企改革也具有參考價值。
[Abstract]:Corporate culture, as a common goal and way of doing things on the basis of the common values of all the employees, affects the production and management behavior, the efficiency and performance of the enterprises all the time.Therefore, it is an important and effective way to find out the problems of the enterprise from the angle of enterprise culture and improve the enterprise culture so as to produce the desired result.Ningxia Coal Survey and Engineering Company, as a state-owned enterprise with 60 years of legacy, has a deep corporate culture.This kind of enterprise culture has its outstanding side, guarantees the enterprise has obtained the glorious achievement.However, sometimes the negative effect of corporate culture is greater, which leads to the difficulty of enterprise management. At this time, we need to rebuild the corporate culture to take advantage of its advantages and avoid its weaknesses.At present, with the coal industry overcapacity and declining benefits, the development of Ningxia Coal Survey and Engineering Company has also encountered a bottleneck. It is carrying out a new round of state-owned enterprise reform and adjusting its subordinate relationship and personnel composition simultaneously with the state.Break the psychological stereotype of employees, is a good opportunity to reshape corporate culture.This paper studies the current situation of corporate culture at home and abroad, applies the function of corporate culture, the evaluation method and the relationship between corporate culture and business performance, through literature, interviews, etc.The enterprise culture of Ningxia Coal Survey and Engineering Company was investigated and analyzed by means of observation and questionnaire, and the existing problems were found.Then according to the three models of Sheraton and Stern, this paper puts forward the ways to reshape the corporate culture in the process of corporate transformation, so as to create the excellent corporate culture and ensure the success of the corporate transformation.This is also a reference for the ongoing new round of SOE reform.
