【摘要】：增強中小企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力,是振興遼寧老工業(yè)基地關鍵之所在。本文選取遼寧省內(nèi)多家擁有較強創(chuàng)新能力的中小企業(yè),對現(xiàn)行財稅與金融政策支持中小企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新存在的重難點問題進行了嚴謹、細致、深入的研究,以此找出薄弱環(huán)節(jié),并在此基礎上提出了有針對性、接地氣的政策建議,旨在發(fā)揮財稅與金融政策合力,達到"1+12"的實際效果,以更好支持遼寧中小企業(yè)的自主創(chuàng)新及可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the independent innovation ability of small and medium-sized enterprises is the key to revitalizing Liaoning's old industrial base. This paper makes a rigorous, meticulous and in-depth study of the important and difficult problems existing in the current fiscal and financial policies to support the independent innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises, in order to find out the weak links, and on this basis puts forward targeted and approachable policy recommendations. The purpose of this paper is to bring into play the joint efforts of fiscal and financial policies to achieve the practical effect of "112", so as to better support the independent innovation and sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Liaoning Province.
