【摘要】：技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化趨勢下實現(xiàn)制造業(yè)技術(shù)升級的重要途徑。運用2005-2014年中國制造業(yè)分行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),考察了FDI技術(shù)溢出、自主研發(fā)與合作研發(fā)三種技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式對制造業(yè)技術(shù)升級的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),總體上自主研發(fā)與產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作研發(fā)對制造業(yè)技術(shù)升級具有正向影響,企業(yè)間合作研發(fā)與FDI技術(shù)溢出的作用效果并不顯著。加入考察本土企業(yè)對知識的吸收能力后,隨著吸收能力的增強(qiáng),FDI技術(shù)溢出與企業(yè)間合作對技術(shù)升級的促進(jìn)效果逐漸增強(qiáng)。在不同要素密集度特征的行業(yè)中,三種創(chuàng)新模式對技術(shù)升級的影響與作用機(jī)制存在差異。這表明,在中國制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級階段,自主研發(fā)與產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作研發(fā)的創(chuàng)新模式是最佳戰(zhàn)略選擇,同時需要增強(qiáng)企業(yè)在合作中對知識的轉(zhuǎn)移和吸收能力。
[Abstract]:Technological innovation is an important way to realize the technological upgrading of manufacturing industry under the trend of economic globalization. Using the data of Chinese manufacturing industry from 2005 to 2014, this paper investigates FDI technology spillover. The impact of three technological innovation modes of independent R & D and cooperative R & D on the technological upgrading of manufacturing industry is found to have a positive impact on the upgrading of manufacturing technology in general. The effect of inter-firm cooperation R & D and FDI technology spillover is not significant. With the increase of absorptive capacity, FDI technology spillover and inter-firm cooperation promote technology upgrading gradually. The influence and mechanism of the three innovation modes on technological upgrading are different, which indicates that the innovation mode of independent R & D and R & D cooperation is the best strategic choice in the transformation and upgrading stage of Chinese manufacturing industry. At the same time, enterprises need to enhance their ability to transfer and absorb knowledge in cooperation.
