【摘要】：本文通過(guò)構(gòu)建國(guó)有股東、非國(guó)有股東和監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)的三方博弈模型,探究不同主體利益博弈互動(dòng)關(guān)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):國(guó)有股東侵占非國(guó)有股東利益的概率受到非國(guó)有股東的上訴成本、監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)可以獲得的處罰收益以及查出概率、懲罰力度等因素影響,判定國(guó)有股東對(duì)非國(guó)有股東的侵占比例是否在可容忍范圍,關(guān)乎國(guó)有企業(yè)混合所有制改造的推進(jìn)步伐。
[Abstract]:This paper constructs a three-way game model of state-owned shareholders, non-state-owned shareholders and regulators. The study finds that the probability of state-owned shareholders encroaching on the interests of non-state-owned shareholders is subject to the appeal costs of non-state-owned shareholders, the penalty gains that regulators can obtain and the probability of finding out. Under the influence of punishment and other factors, whether the proportion of state-owned shareholders' encroachment on non-state-owned shareholders is tolerable or not is related to the pace of the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises.
