【摘要】：以往關(guān)于組織慣例的研究忽視了慣例演化的動態(tài)性,缺乏對慣例更新過程及前因因素的研究。企業(yè)慣例更新有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)組織慣例與動態(tài)環(huán)境的相機(jī)匹配,推動組織慣例的積極效應(yīng)。文章基于動態(tài)能力理論,從動態(tài)市場環(huán)境的特質(zhì)出發(fā),采用226家創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)的樣本數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用多元層級回歸統(tǒng)計(jì)方法檢驗(yàn)戰(zhàn)略柔性對企業(yè)慣例更新的影響以及動態(tài)環(huán)境(環(huán)境不確定性和環(huán)境包容性)的調(diào)節(jié)作用。研究結(jié)果表明:資源柔性與企業(yè)慣例更新存在倒U型關(guān)系,能力柔性與企業(yè)慣例更新存在顯著的正向關(guān)系;環(huán)境不確定性正向調(diào)節(jié)資源柔性與企業(yè)慣例更新的倒U型關(guān)系以及能力柔性與企業(yè)慣例更新的線性關(guān)系;環(huán)境包容性負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)資源柔性與企業(yè)慣例更新的倒U型關(guān)系,且正向調(diào)節(jié)能力柔性與企業(yè)慣例更新的線性關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果深化了對組織慣例動態(tài)更新的資源基礎(chǔ)的理解,提出動態(tài)環(huán)境的權(quán)變條件,對企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理實(shí)踐有重要的啟發(fā)意義。
[Abstract]:The past research on organizational routines ignores the dynamic evolution of the practice, the lack of the renewal process and the antecedents research on practice. Enterprise practices contribute to the realization of organizational routines updating and dynamic environment, camera, positive effect to promote organization practices. Based on the dynamic capability theory, starting from the dynamic market environment characteristics, the 226 innovative enterprises of the sample data, using multiple hierarchical regression statistical methods for testing the strategic flexibility to update business practices and a dynamic environment (environmental uncertainty and inclusive environment) mechanism. The results show that there is inverted U relationship between resource flexibility and enterprise practice update, there is a significant positive relationship between flexibility and enterprise ability practice update; environmental uncertainty positively inverted U relationship between resource flexibility and regulation of business practices and the ability to update the flexibility and more new business practices Linear relationship; inverted U relationship between environmental munificence updates to resource flexibility and negative regulation of business practices, and update the positive regulation of business practices and the ability of flexible linear relationship. The results of study deepened to resource based dynamic organizational routines updating the understanding of the proposed contingency conditions in dynamic environment, has important significance to the enterprise strategy the practice of management.
