【摘要】：作為分析和解釋組織行為的一個(gè)有力工具,組織合法性逐漸成為了組織研究者們關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)話題。迄今為止,學(xué)者們主要從三條路徑來開展對(duì)組織合法性的探討:制度路徑、戰(zhàn)略路徑和評(píng)價(jià)者路徑。評(píng)價(jià)者路徑是組織合法性研究的新動(dòng)向和新視角,該路徑的核心概念為合法性判斷,即評(píng)價(jià)者圍繞特定組織是否具有合法性所進(jìn)行的自我判斷。本文闡明了合法性判斷的概念內(nèi)涵,分析了合法性判斷的判斷模式與評(píng)價(jià)視角、合法性判斷的心理歷程以及合法性判斷理論的應(yīng)用價(jià)值,最后進(jìn)行了合法性判斷理論的研究展望。
[Abstract]:As a powerful tool to analyze and explain organizational behavior, organizational legitimacy has gradually become a hot topic of concern to organizational researchers. Up to now, scholars have mainly discussed organizational legitimacy from three ways: institutional path. The strategic path and the evaluator path are the new trends and new perspectives in the research of organizational legitimacy, and the core concept of the path is the judgment of legitimacy. This paper clarifies the concept connotation of legitimacy judgment, analyzes the judgment mode and evaluation angle of legitimacy judgment. The psychological process of legitimacy judgment and the application value of legitimacy judgment theory are discussed.
