【摘要】:20世紀(jì)60年代以來,發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家開始使用垃圾焚燒發(fā)電技術(shù)。雖然中國(guó)的垃圾無(wú)害化處理率逐年增加,但是差距還是非常巨大。根據(jù)國(guó)家十三五規(guī)劃,垃圾焚燒發(fā)電將持續(xù)高速發(fā)展,未來幾年仍然是垃圾焚燒發(fā)電行業(yè)發(fā)展的黃金期。工程設(shè)計(jì)屬于工程咨詢范疇,屬于服務(wù)業(yè)。在工程咨詢服務(wù)業(yè)中,市場(chǎng)行為和消費(fèi)品及工業(yè)產(chǎn)品有著不同的營(yíng)銷思路和方法,但對(duì)于工程咨詢服務(wù)類市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷的分析和研究還相對(duì)較少。本文選取C公司垃圾焚燒發(fā)電工程設(shè)計(jì)咨詢業(yè)務(wù)營(yíng)銷策略為研究背景。C公司成立于1954,是G公司的全資子公司。C公司1998開始進(jìn)入垃圾焚燒發(fā)電行業(yè),參與了60多個(gè)垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項(xiàng)目咨詢和設(shè)計(jì)工作,為國(guó)內(nèi)前十大垃圾焚燒發(fā)電咨詢?cè)O(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)。由于近年來,其它行業(yè)的飽和或萎縮,越來越多的其它咨詢?cè)O(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)進(jìn)入到垃圾焚燒發(fā)電行業(yè)內(nèi)來,原有的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手也不斷提高自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,造成行業(yè)內(nèi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來越激烈。C公司如何保持住自身在垃圾焚燒行業(yè)咨詢?cè)O(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),獲得更多的市場(chǎng)占有率,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷策略的正確選擇非常重要。本文的研究結(jié)合C公司目前的具體經(jīng)營(yíng)、內(nèi)外環(huán)境進(jìn)行的,具有較強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,對(duì)C公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)及發(fā)展具有深遠(yuǎn)意義。針對(duì)行業(yè)的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)同類企業(yè)的營(yíng)銷策略組合具有參考意義。
[Abstract]:Since 1960s, the developed countries began to use the waste incineration power generation technology. Although the China garbage harmless treatment rate increased year by year, but the gap is still very large. According to the national planning for 13th Five-Year, the sustained and rapid development of waste incineration power generation, the next few years is still garbage incineration power generation industry in the golden period of development. The engineering design belongs to the category of engineering consulting. Belongs to the service industry. In engineering consulting services, market behavior and consumer goods and industrial products with different marketing ideas and methods, but for the analysis and research of engineering consulting service marketing is relatively small. This paper selects power engineering design consulting business marketing strategy as the research background of.C company was established in 1954 waste incineration C company is a wholly owned subsidiary of G.C, the 1998 began to enter the waste incineration power generation industry, power generation projects in more than 60 waste incineration Consulting and design work for the top ten domestic waste incineration power. Due to the consulting and design enterprises in recent years, other industries are saturated or shrinking, more and more other consulting and design enterprises to enter into the waste incineration power generation industry, the original competitors also constantly improve their competitive ability, how to cause the industry increasingly fierce competition.C company to keep itself in the industry of consulting and design competition in the field of advantages of waste incineration, to gain more market share, the correct choice of marketing strategy is very important. This paper combined with the specific operations of C company at present, internal and external environment, has a strong practical significance and far-reaching significance to the operation and development of C company. Research on marketing characteristics of the industry, has the reference significance to the marketing strategy of similar enterprises.
