【摘要】:近年來(lái),石化企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)規(guī)模、工藝復(fù)雜度以及信息化建設(shè)水平均有大幅提升,同時(shí)多變的市場(chǎng)需求、嚴(yán)格的環(huán)保要求也對(duì)石化生產(chǎn)過(guò)程提出了更高要求。石化企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)⑸a(chǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的供應(yīng)商、生產(chǎn)企業(yè)、分銷(xiāo)商、市場(chǎng)客戶(hù)等組份進(jìn)行關(guān)聯(lián)和整合;促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)信息在企業(yè)之間流動(dòng),幫助企業(yè)更好地決策生產(chǎn)方案,構(gòu)建多企業(yè)集成優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)。然而現(xiàn)有的石化企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈體系中,集成優(yōu)化往往局限于大型石化集團(tuán)內(nèi)部,無(wú)法在相互獨(dú)立運(yùn)營(yíng)的多個(gè)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)之間應(yīng)用和拓展。針對(duì)現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)、研究中的困境,本文將石化企業(yè)之間的生產(chǎn)信息、生產(chǎn)設(shè)備、計(jì)劃方案、利益和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等核心生產(chǎn)要素進(jìn)行集成、共享和配置,構(gòu)建企業(yè)間協(xié)同優(yōu)化模型,致力于增加供應(yīng)鏈的生產(chǎn)價(jià)值和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。首先,本文針對(duì)石化企業(yè)間系統(tǒng)集成、生產(chǎn)能力的相關(guān)問(wèn)題,提出了一種集成建模的方法,建立了基于混合整數(shù)線(xiàn)性規(guī)劃(MILP)的集成優(yōu)化數(shù)學(xué)模型。隨著應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景的進(jìn)一步拓展,協(xié)同優(yōu)化參與方的企業(yè)數(shù)量、規(guī)模和復(fù)雜度不斷增加,本文隨之提出了一種石化企業(yè)的資源共享模型,該資源共享模型能夠?qū)⑹髽I(yè)供應(yīng)鏈中的冗余、閑置資源進(jìn)行共享和租賃,促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)資源在供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)中流動(dòng),從而提升資源利用率,盤(pán)活市場(chǎng)資源。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括:(1)綜述了石化企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理、企業(yè)級(jí)優(yōu)化的研究現(xiàn)狀。學(xué)術(shù)界和工業(yè)界的共識(shí)是:企業(yè)級(jí)優(yōu)化是石化企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈研究和工業(yè)應(yīng)用的重要方向之一。企業(yè)之間通過(guò)信息、資源的集成和共享方式,可以增加供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)中資源的利用率,實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的增加。(2)提出了 一種基于混合整數(shù)線(xiàn)性規(guī)劃(MILP)的集成優(yōu)化模型。在一定的供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)作前提條件下,該優(yōu)化模型適用于石化企業(yè)之間的協(xié)同優(yōu)化,并包括了集成生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)建方法以及生產(chǎn)方案的計(jì)劃優(yōu)化決策模型。案例以獨(dú)立運(yùn)營(yíng)的煉油廠和烯烴廠作為研究對(duì)象,分別考慮了市場(chǎng)需求平穩(wěn)、萎縮和旺盛三種不同的初始市場(chǎng)情況。案例實(shí)踐表明,石化企業(yè)之間的集成優(yōu)化有助于資源的優(yōu)化配置,降低存儲(chǔ)成本,提升經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。(3)提出了石化企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的資源共享模型。該資源共享模型能夠擺脫地理位置的限制,支持生產(chǎn)資源基于生產(chǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)靈活配置,從而盤(pán)活供應(yīng)鏈中的冗余閑置資源。該資源共享模型包括資源分類(lèi)模型,資源共享平臺(tái)以及效益評(píng)估模型三個(gè)組成部分。仿真計(jì)算案例表明,資源共享的生產(chǎn)方式能夠幫助企業(yè)靈活配置產(chǎn)能,適應(yīng)短期市場(chǎng)波動(dòng),相對(duì)于自建資源、生產(chǎn)外包等其他生產(chǎn)方式具有一定的成本優(yōu)勢(shì)最后,文章總結(jié)了現(xiàn)有的研究?jī)?nèi)容,對(duì)未來(lái)具有潛在價(jià)值的研究方向和領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行了思考和展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the scale of production, the complexity of process and the level of information construction of petrochemical enterprises have been greatly improved, and the market demand is changeable. Strict environmental protection requirements also put forward higher requirements for petrochemical production process. The supply chain system of petrochemical enterprises can link and integrate suppliers, production enterprises, distributors, market customers and other components in the production network; To promote the flow of production information among enterprises, to help enterprises to make better decisions on production schemes and to build multi-enterprise integrated optimization systems. However, in the existing supply chain system of petrochemical enterprises, integration optimization is often limited to the internal of large petrochemical groups. It can not be applied and expanded among multiple production enterprises that operate independently of each other. In view of the difficulties existing in the production and research, this paper presents the production information, production equipment and planning scheme among petrochemical enterprises. The core factors of production, such as benefits and risks, are integrated, shared and configured, and the cooperative optimization model among enterprises is constructed to increase the production value and economic benefit of supply chain. Firstly, this paper aims at system integration among petrochemical enterprises. In this paper, an integrated modeling method is proposed, and an integrated optimization mathematical model based on mixed integer linear programming (MILP) is established. With the increasing of scale and complexity, this paper proposes a resource sharing model for petrochemical enterprises, which can share and lease the redundant and idle resources in the supply chain of petrochemical enterprises. Promote the flow of production resources in the supply chain network, thereby improve the utilization of resources, activate market resources. The main research contents of this paper include: (1) the supply chain management of petrochemical enterprises is summarized. The research status of enterprise optimization. The consensus of academia and industry is that enterprise optimization is one of the important directions of supply chain research and industrial application in petrochemical enterprises. This paper presents an integrated optimization model based on mixed integer linear programming (MILP). The optimization model is suitable for collaborative optimization among petrochemical enterprises, and includes the construction method of topology structure of integrated production system and the planning optimization decision model of production scheme. The case study is based on the independent operation of refineries and olefins plants. Three different initial market conditions, namely steady market demand, shrinking market and exuberant market, are considered respectively. The case study shows that the integration optimization among petrochemical enterprises is helpful to optimize the allocation of resources and reduce the storage cost. The resource sharing model of supply chain system in petrochemical enterprises is put forward, which can get rid of the limitation of geographical location and support the flexible configuration of production resources based on production network. The resource sharing model consists of three parts: resource classification model, resource sharing platform and benefit evaluation model. The resource-sharing mode of production can help enterprises to allocate production capacity flexibly, adapt to short-term market fluctuations, and have certain cost advantages over other modes of production, such as self-built resources, production outsourcing and so on. Finally, this paper summarizes the existing research contents. The research direction and field with potential value in the future are considered and prospected.
