在孵企業(yè)社會資本對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效影響研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)新是企業(yè)增長的動力源,創(chuàng)新的基石是知識,組織學(xué)習(xí)作為獲取知識、利用知識和創(chuàng)造知識的過程,是企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的持續(xù)驅(qū)動力,是企業(yè)實現(xiàn)變革與創(chuàng)新的必由之路。身處信息經(jīng)濟(jì)時代,企業(yè)要不斷學(xué)習(xí)來增加知識儲備量,提升自身的知識處理能力,從而促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新,獲得競爭優(yōu)勢。如何使企業(yè)組織學(xué)習(xí)能力提升已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)提高創(chuàng)新績效的關(guān)鍵。企業(yè)孵化器中多數(shù)企業(yè)均是初創(chuàng)企業(yè),自身規(guī)模小,技術(shù)、資金等資源均很匱乏,相較于一般企業(yè),其對于自身創(chuàng)新資源的需求更加迫切。資源是社會資本的構(gòu)成要素,相當(dāng)多的研究表明社會資本是影響企業(yè)績效的關(guān)鍵因素。許多企業(yè)在努力構(gòu)建自身的社會資本,而且關(guān)于社會資本如何是否以及如何影響創(chuàng)新績效也逐漸被學(xué)者所重視。本文通過考察我國在孵企業(yè)的社會資本、組織學(xué)習(xí)的現(xiàn)狀,探索在孵企業(yè)社會資本和組織學(xué)習(xí)是否影響以及如何企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新績效,結(jié)合在孵企業(yè)所處環(huán)境,探究組織學(xué)習(xí)在此過程中所起作用,這不僅僅是在孵企業(yè)實踐過程中需要解決的問題,而且是企業(yè)制定經(jīng)營管理戰(zhàn)略的理論基礎(chǔ),其結(jié)論具有理論和現(xiàn)實的意義。本文通過對社會資本、組織學(xué)習(xí)、創(chuàng)新績效相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的梳理并對相關(guān)研究做出綜合分析,基于此提出本文的概念模型并提出相關(guān)研究假設(shè)。本文將在孵企業(yè)社會資本按照社會資本的經(jīng)典維度劃分為結(jié)構(gòu)維度,關(guān)系維度和認(rèn)知維度三種,將企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效劃分為技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效和管理創(chuàng)新績效兩個維度,引入組織學(xué)習(xí)這一中介變量,并加入環(huán)境動態(tài)性作為調(diào)節(jié)變量,對變量之間的關(guān)系作出研究分析。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)在孵企業(yè)社會資本中結(jié)構(gòu)維度和認(rèn)知維度對企業(yè)技術(shù)和管理創(chuàng)新績效均呈現(xiàn)顯著影響,關(guān)系維度對企業(yè)技術(shù)和管理創(chuàng)新績效影響不顯著。(2)組織學(xué)習(xí)對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效和管理創(chuàng)新績效均有顯著正向影響。(3)在孵企業(yè)社會資本結(jié)構(gòu)維度和認(rèn)知維度均對組織學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)生顯著正向影響,關(guān)系維度對組織學(xué)習(xí)的假設(shè)未得到驗證。(4)組織學(xué)習(xí)對在孵企業(yè)社會資本與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效和管理創(chuàng)新績效中起部分中介作用。(5)環(huán)境動態(tài)性在組織學(xué)習(xí)與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效和管理創(chuàng)新績效關(guān)系間起正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:Innovation is the power source of enterprise growth, and the cornerstone of innovation is knowledge. Organizational learning, as the process of acquiring knowledge, utilizing knowledge and creating knowledge, is the continuous driving force of enterprise innovation. In the era of information economy, enterprises should constantly learn to increase the amount of knowledge reserves, enhance their knowledge processing ability, and thus promote innovation. How to improve the organizational learning ability of enterprises has become the key to improve the performance of innovation. Most of the enterprises in the business incubator are start-ups, their own small scale, technology, capital and other resources are very scarce. Compared with ordinary enterprises, the demand for their own innovative resources is more urgent. Resources are the constituent elements of social capital. A considerable number of studies have shown that social capital is a key factor in corporate performance. Many companies are trying to build their own social capital. Moreover, whether and how social capital affects innovation performance has been paid more and more attention by scholars. This paper examines the current situation of social capital and organizational learning of incubated enterprises in China. Explore whether social capital and organizational learning in incubated enterprises influence and how enterprises' innovative performance, and explore the role of organizational learning in this process, combining with the environment of incubated enterprises. This is not only a problem to be solved in the practice of incubated enterprises, but also a theoretical basis for enterprises to formulate management strategies. The conclusion is of theoretical and practical significance. Based on this, the conceptual model of this paper and related research hypotheses are put forward. In this paper, the social capital of incubated enterprises is divided into structural dimensions according to the classical dimension of social capital. The relationship dimension and cognitive dimension divide the enterprise innovation performance into two dimensions: technological innovation performance and management innovation performance. Organizational learning is introduced as an intermediary variable and the dynamic environment is added as the regulating variable. The results show that the structural dimension and cognitive dimension of the incubated enterprise social capital have significant effects on the performance of enterprise technology and management innovation. Relationship dimension has no significant effect on enterprise technology and management innovation performance. 2) organizational learning has significant positive influence on both technological innovation performance and management innovation performance. Learning has a significant positive impact, The hypothesis of relational dimension on organizational learning has not been verified. 4) organizational learning plays a partial intermediary role in the performance of social capital and technological innovation and management innovation performance of incubated enterprises. 5) dynamic environment plays an important role in organizational learning and technological innovation. The relationship between effectiveness and management innovation performance plays a positive role.
