【摘要】：將具有非經(jīng)濟目標(biāo)等特質(zhì)性的家族企業(yè)引入創(chuàng)新研發(fā)能力測評領(lǐng)域,構(gòu)建由5個二級測評指標(biāo)和23個三級測評指標(biāo)構(gòu)成的指標(biāo)體系,從創(chuàng)新研發(fā)投入能力、產(chǎn)出能力、企業(yè)家特質(zhì)及企業(yè)創(chuàng)新傾向、企業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)境、企業(yè)外部制度環(huán)境五個方面測評家族企業(yè)創(chuàng)新研發(fā)能力。其中,創(chuàng)新研發(fā)投入能力是家族企業(yè)進行創(chuàng)新研發(fā)的基礎(chǔ)條件;創(chuàng)新研發(fā)產(chǎn)出能力是企業(yè)將研發(fā)成果轉(zhuǎn)化應(yīng)用后的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效應(yīng),對后續(xù)創(chuàng)新研發(fā)的積極性和導(dǎo)向性產(chǎn)生重要影響;企業(yè)家精神是影響家族企業(yè)創(chuàng)新研發(fā)能力的重要因素;企業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)境和外部環(huán)境是家族企業(yè)順利進行創(chuàng)新研發(fā)的基礎(chǔ)和重要保障。前2個二級指標(biāo)由12個三級指標(biāo)構(gòu)成,共同體現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新研發(fā)能力測評指標(biāo)的普適性;后3個二級指標(biāo)由11個三級指標(biāo)構(gòu)成,在測評體系中共同體現(xiàn)家族企業(yè)創(chuàng)新研發(fā)的特質(zhì)性。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces family enterprises with non-economic objectives into the field of evaluation of innovation R & D ability, and constructs an index system composed of 5 second-level evaluation indexes and 23 third-level evaluation indexes, which includes innovation R & D input ability, output ability, and so on. The characteristics of entrepreneurs and innovation tendency of enterprises, the internal environment of enterprises and the external institutional environment of enterprises evaluate the innovative R & D ability of family enterprises, among which, the investment ability of innovative R & D is the basic condition for family enterprises to carry out innovative R & D. Innovation R & D output ability is the economic benefit and social effect after the enterprise transforms the R & D achievement into application, and it has an important influence on the enthusiasm and orientation of the subsequent innovation R & D. Entrepreneurship is an important factor affecting the innovation and R & D ability of the family business, the internal and external environment is the foundation and important guarantee for the family business to carry out the innovation research and development smoothly. The latter three secondary indexes are composed of 11 tertiary indexes, which reflect the particularity of family enterprises' innovation research and development in the evaluation system.
