【摘要】:當(dāng)前全球化市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,技術(shù)變革和產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代加快,企業(yè)僅僅依靠自身能力難以滿足新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)需求。越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)意識(shí)到邀請(qǐng)外部組織如供應(yīng)商、客戶、科研機(jī)構(gòu)等加入新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)活動(dòng)中的重要性,開(kāi)放式創(chuàng)新逐漸興起。但是在開(kāi)放式創(chuàng)新下實(shí)現(xiàn)新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)的成功并非易事,它既涉及外部資源,又涉及內(nèi)部資源。如何利用協(xié)調(diào)好組織內(nèi)外資源是企業(yè)面臨的非常重要的問(wèn)題。作為資源協(xié)調(diào)的工具,控制得到了學(xué)者的廣泛關(guān)注。本文根據(jù)資源基礎(chǔ)理論,在開(kāi)放式創(chuàng)新下從控制理論視角,將組織內(nèi)部控制和跨組織控制放在同一情境下,探討組織內(nèi)部控制和跨組織控制對(duì)新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)績(jī)效的影響,并討論組織內(nèi)部控制和跨組織控制之間的交互作用對(duì)新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)績(jī)效的影響。論文通過(guò)對(duì)開(kāi)放式創(chuàng)新、新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)績(jī)效、組織內(nèi)部控制以及跨組織控制等相關(guān)研究的綜述,建立了概念模型,討論了開(kāi)放式創(chuàng)新下組織內(nèi)部控制(正式控制和專業(yè)控制)和跨組織控制(合同控制和信任)與新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)績(jī)效之間的關(guān)系,以及兩者之間的兩兩交互作用對(duì)新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)績(jī)效的影響。通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的形式收集了來(lái)自中國(guó)中南部制造業(yè)243份有效問(wèn)卷,運(yùn)用SPSS18.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對(duì)假設(shè)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,最終數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果表明:組織內(nèi)部正式控制和跨組織信任對(duì)新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)績(jī)效有顯著的正向影響;組織內(nèi)部專業(yè)控制和跨組織合同控制對(duì)新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)績(jī)效的影響不顯著;組織內(nèi)部正式控制與跨組織合同控制之間、組織內(nèi)部正式控制與跨組織信任之間、組織內(nèi)部專業(yè)控制與跨組織合同控制之間、組織內(nèi)部專業(yè)控制與跨組織信任之間存在交互作用,能夠?qū)π庐a(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)績(jī)效產(chǎn)生顯著正向影響。研究結(jié)果對(duì)開(kāi)放式創(chuàng)新環(huán)境下如何提高新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)績(jī)效有較好的啟示。
[Abstract]:At present, the competition in the global market is becoming increasingly fierce, technological changes and product upgrading are accelerating, and enterprises cannot meet the needs of new product development on their own. More and more enterprises are aware of inviting external organizations such as suppliers and customers, The importance of participating in new product development activities, such as scientific research institutions, has led to the rise of open innovation. However, it is not easy to realize the success of new product development under open innovation, which involves external resources. How to make good use of the internal and external resources of the organization is a very important problem faced by enterprises. As a tool of resource coordination, control has been widely concerned by scholars. From the perspective of control theory, this paper discusses the influence of internal control and cross-organization control on the performance of new product development. This paper also discusses the influence of the interaction between inter-organizational control and inter-organizational control on the performance of new product development. Through the review of open innovation, performance of new product development, internal control of organization and cross-organizational control, etc. A conceptual model is established to discuss the relationship between organizational internal control (formal control and professional control) and cross-organizational control (contract control and trust) and the performance of new product development under open innovation. And the effect of pairwise interaction between them on the performance of new product development. This paper collected 243 valid questionnaires from manufacturing industry in central and southern China, and used SPSS18.0 software to verify the hypothesis. The results of final data analysis show that formal control and cross-organizational trust have a significant positive impact on the performance of new product development, while internal professional control and cross-organizational contract control have no significant impact on the performance of new product development. Between formal control and inter-organizational contract control, between formal control and cross-organizational trust, between professional control and cross-organizational contract control, The interaction between inter-organizational professional control and cross-organizational trust can have a significant positive impact on the performance of new product development. The research results have good implications on how to improve the performance of new product development in open innovation environment.
