中國情境下倫理型領導影響反生產(chǎn)行為的“瀑布模型”:權(quán)力距離導向的調(diào)節(jié)作用

【摘要】:雖然倫理型領導影響員工反生產(chǎn)行為的"瀑布模型"在國外得到證實,但這方面的研究在中國依然比較缺乏。本文對上述"瀑布模型"在中國文化背景下進行了實證檢驗。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),倫理型領導影響員工反生產(chǎn)行為的"瀑布模型"在中國依然成立。員工權(quán)力距離導向?qū)Σ煌瑢哟蝹惱硇皖I導與反生產(chǎn)行為的關(guān)系具有不同的調(diào)節(jié)作用。對于高權(quán)力距離導向員工,高層倫理型領導對其反生產(chǎn)行為的負向影響更為強烈,而直線倫理型領導對低權(quán)力距離導向員工反生產(chǎn)行為的負向影響更為明顯。
[Abstract]:Although the "waterfall model" of ethical leadership that affects employees' counter-productive behavior has been confirmed abroad, However, there is still a lack of research on this aspect in China. This paper makes an empirical test on the above "waterfall model" in the context of Chinese culture. The "waterfall model" of ethical leadership influencing employees' anti-production behavior is still established in China. The relationship between ethical leadership and anti-production behavior is regulated by the power distance orientation of employees at different levels. Force distance directed to employees, The negative influence of the senior ethical leadership on the anti-production behavior is stronger, while the linear ethical leadership has more negative influence on the anti-production behavior of the employees with low power distance.
