【摘要】：利用209家生物制藥企業(yè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),驗證了企業(yè)在協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的關(guān)系數(shù)量、關(guān)系結(jié)構(gòu)、關(guān)系強度及成員間信任度對其協(xié)同創(chuàng)新績效的影響。結(jié)果表明:大學及研究機構(gòu)無論在關(guān)系數(shù)量還是在關(guān)系強度方面對企業(yè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新績效的影響都是最為顯著的;生物制藥企業(yè)需要加強與供應(yīng)商、中介機構(gòu)和同行業(yè)企業(yè)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)聯(lián)系,并重視提高與政府、金融機構(gòu)及行業(yè)內(nèi)外其他企業(yè)的聯(lián)系頻率;在網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)方面,企業(yè)應(yīng)著重成為大學、研究機構(gòu)、同行業(yè)企業(yè)、客戶及金融機構(gòu)的中心,并加強對大學、研究機構(gòu)、行業(yè)內(nèi)外企業(yè)、中介機構(gòu)、政府和金融機構(gòu)等創(chuàng)新主體的依賴性;合作通過企業(yè)介紹的數(shù)量主要影響績效中的技術(shù)標準制定,企業(yè)與客戶間相互信任也對企業(yè)技術(shù)標準制定產(chǎn)生正向影響。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of 209 biopharmaceutical enterprises' collaborative innovation status, the relationship quantity and structure of enterprises in collaborative innovation network are verified. The results show that universities and research institutions have the most significant influence on the performance of collaborative innovation in terms of the number of relationships and the strength of relationships. Biopharmaceutical enterprises need to strengthen their networking with suppliers, intermediaries and industry enterprises, and attach importance to increasing the frequency of contact with governments, financial institutions and other enterprises within and outside the industry; in terms of network structure, enterprises should focus on becoming universities, Research institutions, enterprises in the same industry, customers and financial institutions, and strengthen the dependence on universities, research institutions, enterprises inside and outside the industry, intermediaries, government and financial institutions. The number of corporate introductions mainly affects the formulation of technical standards in performance, and the mutual trust between enterprises and customers also has a positive impact on the establishment of enterprise technical standards.
